I have been using this location for over 1 year now. I have never had an issue. My clothes are always clean, pressed perfectly, and always ready when told they will be. The lady has always been nice and even has remembered me. If she sees me pulling in she will start pulling my clothes to have them ready. She also did some alterations on a dress for my wife and done a job well done. I have absolutely no complaints. I was a little skeptical about using them based on the reviews, but have not had any issues.

I use them all the time and have received nothing but good service from them. They are very polite. Sometimes people need to slow down their busy lives and just say hello. They are very nice people and I have had some great conversations with them. The quality of their service is great. I have been using them for four or five years now and have not had any issues what-so-ever.

My father-in-law liked this place. They always did a great job on his shirts.

The lady was nice to me. I think everyone reviewing here needs to be a bit more considerate.

I’ve been taken my coats and dresses to this dry cleaning for about 4 yrs and I never have been , so far , disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the location convenient for us. I took one of my woolen coat that my daughter borrowed for a weekend and brought it back full of green plush. When I took the coat to the cleaner the lady at the counter told me upfront she wasn’t sure if it would go away. Well it did.
Their service is good, their costumer skills, not so. But I’m not going to be buddy-buddy, I go there for their service.

I have to say I have never in my life seen such poor work from a dry cleaners. I took a $30.00 sleeveless fake fur one side/polyester vest/casual to these people. They charged me $19.99 to clean it! When I asked again if I heard her correctly, she begins to tell me she only charged me half of the price!!! Not only that, my vest came back with a hole in the seam about 2 inches long (it was worn once and for a very short time), along with the ENTIRE white polyester side ruined with all this faded out coloration of all different colors, bright blues, stains in light purples, streaked all across and all over the vest!

I called her asking her only to sew up the hole and thought they should clean the vest again. She LITERALLY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN. We got into a screaming match and she is the rudest, most pompous woman in business I believe I have ever met in my life. They will NEVER get anymore of my business, and I have been a client for a long time paying their exuberant prices for the convenience of the location. Never again! Beware public.

I have rarely had such poor service from any business. At this point, I have no intention of supporting this business in any way financially and will do my best to discourage anyone from doing the same.

I called Cachet Cleaners Mon 9/24/12 about having two dresses drycleaned (bought for Halloween at a thrift store for $10 total, one a plain black dress, one a gaudy but colorful one, both reeking of cigarette smoke). Over the phone Won Kim quoted a price of approx $10 ($9 and change). Before leaving them, I asked Won Kim again in person, as no prices are listed in the store. She again said the $9ish price. I had to ask twice if this was together or separate before she indicated the price was per item: not as good as the initial quote, but still reasonable.

I returned Fri 9/28 to pick up my items and was given an $80+ bill. When I asked why, Ms. Kim responded "fancy dress cost more." When I brought up the original quote, she denied it and began shout in loudly, in mixed english and her native language, snatching the dresses and saying she'd just go throw them away. I insisted to speak with the manager, at which time Won Kim, still yelling, slammed her cell phone into the front desk.

Owner Joey Kim (relation to Won Kim unknown, but the cleaners is apparently family-run) replied to my complaint that 1) Cachet's pricing started at the $9 price but could be much higher, though not mentioned in the store's signage or when I dropped the dresses off, 2) I must have misunderstood Won Kim, who was still yelling in her native tongue while I was talking to the owner, 3) if the dresses were just $10, I should just go buy new ones, and 4) Won Kim was telling him "a completely different story" that he'd have to check out. Joey Kim said he was out of town, but first thing the next week, he would look at the dresses and call me back.

Joey Kim did not call me back. A week passed. Finally, on Fri 10/6, I managed to a number for him from one of Cachets other employees. Joey did not apologize and furthermore said he could bring down the price to $40 for the two dresses, but would not honor the price Won Kim had quoted before.

The hours on Google say 7am to 7pm. Their real hours are 8am to 6pm. Those hours are not really convenient for people who work during the week. By the time I get off work in Gainesville, they are usually closed by the time i get there. Also, they are not very friendly.

Terrible customer service! If I could I would give zero stars!!! The front desk lady was very rude! Not once even looked up at me. I went in Monday and she told me my dress would be done Wednesday after 5pm, for a very minor spot (included in photos) she changed it to Friday after 5. Timeliness is terrible!!! When asking her name she stated “the woman that works here” while rolling her eyes and smirking very rudely. I took my dress and left! I will never give my service to this business! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! Do NOT go here! Absolutely terrible customer service! Extremely rude!

If I could rate ZERO stars, i would! Customer service sucks! The lady at the register was terrible to deal with. She asked if I had ever been there before and I told her that I had. She asked for my phone number which I provided and it didn't provide any results. She then began to argue with me saying that was not my phone number. Come to find out, whe had it entered wrong from a previous visit. No I'm sorry or anything. This visit I was just requesting a simple uniform press for my grandsons ROTC uniform, she rudely gave me my receipt and began closing the door. I asked when will this be ready and she very rudely said it's on the ticket. I will not visit this location ever again. Terrible customer service!

Had to give one star.
Lady at the counter or owner whoever she is has very límited English, very hard to deal with. Has no idea what you are saying as we ask for drawstring put in pants and she puts elastic in the waist, then goes on to explain she send out alterations, like she has no control to oversee or make sure her alterations are Carried out as the customer wants them done. Ask for inside and outside patch on pants didn't get that either but got charged $31. Yeehee. Don't take your stuff there if you care about it being done right or the way you want it. I hope they don't think we should be charged for her having it redone like we ask. Will not use this place again.

Poor service. They do not have a price list posted and once you drop off items she gives you one price but at pick up charge your card for more. We will never use them again 😡

Consistently poor customer service, lost a dress and lied about it (claimed I had already picked it up).

I have been doing business here for over 11 years, mainly because the place is convenient. However, I can no longer tolerate the rude lady that is always there. I have given her a pass suspecting the language barrier to be part of it, but recently she was over the top rude to me, a regular paying customer! I asked her what was her problem, and she told me I should not complain that she is nice when customers are nice. Not so, I have bent over backwards trying to be nice to her. I will see if there is another dry cleaner in the area that would like my business.

Wow! First time I went there, and also my last! I had a simple alteration need; a light work jacket needed a zipper, one would think this was fairly simple since they probably have had this before. Unfortunately it was not. The woman I dealt with told me she didn't know how much it would cost..."$35...maybe more than $40", and she didn't know the price of a replacement zipper, WHAT! The best part was that she wanted me to "prepay "even though she didn't know the price. The reason she gave was ridiculous; her explanation was that people don't come back to pick up their items. I guess she assumes that people have nothing better to do but drop off items just to not pick them up!
I am a Jefferson resident and I am part of "Nextdoor" which currently has 12 subdivisions in Jefferson. I plan on posting my experience with this incompetent business on the site to let everyone else know to steer clear of them. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

This is the rudest bunch of people I have ever met in my life and checking from others reviews, I see this is the census of others as well. The "woman" that served me did not even look up at me, say anything, or even say thank you. She in fact just slung her finger to point to my order and rushed me out the door. When my husband called days earlier to find out the price to have his suit cleaned, this woman was extremely rude to him as well! I will take my business to someone else that appreciates our money as well as our business. Do not use this cleaners unless you want to be treated like trash!

Will never ever use them again. I have been using them for months and never really though about the cost, until today. I picked up 6 pairs of slacks, 3 sweaters and 1 t-shirt that needed the armpit sewn up. Yesterday my wife picked up the other 7 dress shirts I had dropped off. She told me the cost was $58,50 total. I told her that was a little expensive, and asked the lady (name unknown) if she had charged my wife for the shirts already, and she replied "No Sir." When I got home with today's pickup, my wife was asked how much it was. In discussion, it comes to light that Cachet did in fact charge my wife an additional $24.60 for the 7 shirts. I called the cleaners and talked to the same lady and asked the lady again if she had charged my wife and she said yes.

NEVER EVER USE THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!! DRIVE OUT OF YOU WAY TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR 1/2 THE COST. I KNOW I WILL BE.

Extremely RUDE. If you like being treated rudely, this is your place. Completely unprofessional. If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I definitely would. Too bad there is not another dry cleaning business near by…this one should go out of business for just their sheer lack of knowing how to treat a customer.

Took a few shirts in to be laundered. Requested light starch, on hangers. One of the shirts was my favorites, a H-D shop shirt. When I got it back, one of the snaps to hold the collar down was missing completely, and the material was torn. Asked about it, the woman replied it came in that way. Nope, only worn twice, snaps were fastened when I dropped it off. Ruined a $65 shirt; lost my business...

Unfortunately, we recently had a very bad experience here. We regularly take my son's tuxedo shirt for band to get cleaned. It costs $5, but it's always been very clean, well pressed, etc. 2 weeks ago I took my daughter's formal dress to be cleaned and steamed. $29? That seems high, but there was a small light colored stain on the front, so I figured it was our fault for having it extra dirty. It came back with the same stain on it and when I asked about it she just said "no clean". Yeah. No kidding. Then I told her I would pay, but she needed to send it out again to get it actually clean. She said no. So I tried to take the dress and she said I had to pay. I said no. We are not going back.
