The receptionist/medical assistant and the provider were amazing. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I felt just as well taken care of as if we had been to freestanding clinic. An added bonus was less exposure to lots of sick people this way :)

The front desk girl and nurse were so nice and helpful. The nurse went out of her way to give me the best treatment. I will recommend them to my family and friends

I check the wait time from home, when it's down I check in from home. Been there many times, love the nurse practitioners they have. Very thorough and take all the time they need to take care of you. Honestly better than my doctors office because I'm not sitting around in the waiting room with other sick people!

No wait time. This clinic allows you to check in from home. Super friendly and easy to use. Can get flu shots there. Open seven days a week. Will not prescribe controlled substances.

Wonderful staff and very efficient. I got seen and out the door in about 20 minutes! Went to Kroger pharmacy and only waited 15 minutes for medicine. Thank you!!

Walked up wanting to be seen, the front desk lady was looking at her phone in the exam room. I asked if they could see me and she said we are seeing someone right now and waiting on someone who had an appointment, who hasn’t showed up or called and they were our last appointment.... They could have easily seen me. And I was paying cash.... very disappointed. The lady that handles the front is not very friendly or compassionate.

If you can go somewhere else, do so. The service is a bit bad, they didn't seemed to care and they just asked me three times my symptoms and recommended me some basic over the counter stuff. I didn't even get my papers in the room because they asked me to step out so they could get another client in. Didn't feel like it was worth the visit at all.

Only gives you a 5 minute grace period past your appointment time. In traffic, anything can happen in five minutes. I accidentally walked past the location in the store and stood at the pharmacy for about 5 minutes before I realized I needed to walk around the corner. When the receptionist came out she said she cancelled my appointment because I was 5 minutes late. She did not care I had driven over 40 minutes for this appointment. Not to mention that their website says they are a walk in clinic. Very rude! Save yourself the trouble and drive right down the road to the Piedmont office past Dairy Queen. Very helpful and friendly there!!

This was the biggest waste of money I have ever been a part of. This place is borderline fraudulent. I was charged 100 dollars and left with no medicine and nothing but a conversation with someone who obviously knows me much better than me. Don’t go here just stay home you will feel better when you are sick knowing you still have a little money that you didn’t give away. If you haven’t been sick for over 10 days they will not give you any medicine.

This place is a joke. Care is about the equivalent of a school clinic. Took my money to tell me that I had an ear infection, which I already knew. Told me to use Flonase. For an ear infection. Seek care elsewhere.

Liars. They said they took my insurance but did not. Saw me as if they did. The healthcare was a joke. I had an ear ache and the doctor didn't even look at my throat to check for swelling. Didnt even take basic vitals. Afterwards they send a bill for the whole amount of the visit so I call them. The girl says they had a known issue, it was listed wrong on their end and I was not responsible for the bill. Time goes by I get another bill so I call back again and now they say I owe the whole amount because I didnt check with my insurance company to see if they took the insurance. Who does that you call the company you want to do business with and ask them if they take your insurance. They said they took my insurance. Bottom line they practice deceptive business practices and their healthcare is a joke. Avoid them if you can.

Horrible!! I went in for a PCR test and discussed this with the front desk female and the Dr that I needed the results for a cruise I was going on in 3 days. No one said a word about it not coming back on time. When I called to check on my results I was told it could take 7 to 10 days. I was livid. Had someone been kind enough to tell me at the time I went for the test I could have made an appointment with CVS who gets theirs back in 24 hours. They also said if I needed a copy of the results I would have to come in to get them they would not email them. Horrible experience don’t ever plan on using them for anything again!

I have taken my daughter here a few times. They basically call everything a virus no matter what. Unless it is strep throat or something a test can verify they will diagnosis it as a virus. When pressed, the PA stated they are consistent with protocols. If she was sick for 14 days they would give antibiotics. 14 days!!!!
Go to a real doctor if you want help for your child. The convenience isn't worth the scam.
