Jefferson Parks and Recreation Department

Used baseball field to practice softball with my work team and to play in co-ed leaque. Dugout was clean, field maintained. There was a playground behind stands and restroom close.

My son loves the summer camp that is offered here. The staff is responsible and organized. The field trips are well planned and my kid enjoys them so much.
Jessica, the director, is so professional and efficient.
They do a fantastic job for the kids of our community.

Great soccer fields for U10 and U12 (don't play on the other fields so I can't say). They keep the grass cut nicely, you can always see the field lines clearly too!

The Summer Camp and After School childcare programs are TOP NOTCH! The counselors genuinely care for the children. There are also many choices for activities for both children and adults. The cleanliness of the building is also much appreciated especially In these times!

We absolutely love this place and all they do. I was surprised to see negative reviews. They are great with the kids and there is always something going on. My 5 year old loves it there and he participates in after school, summer camp and parents night out. Highly recommend. The staff is wonderful.

Great facility. Could use a couple more shade areas and tables. But overall great.

I play volleyball regularly here. I enjoy the fact that there’s no pressure to “try out” even if it’s just an evaluation.

Fields are always kept up & netting over playground to prevent injuries from any foul balls. Plenty of open space for kids to run wild

Great 12U field, but I wish there was more shade at the fields. Parking lot is big.

Great Afterschool Program and Summer Camp!!! All of the Counselors are very professional and are very nice! Great place for my 3 kids!!!

Amazing recreation area! Has hiking trails and beautiful community center!

Can't beat the facilities here for the community it serves. Jefferson is blessed to have the quality and availability of space for youth recreation.

Nice walking trail. Great staff and childcare. Wide variety of sports for all ages.

If you are retired, bored, lonely and need an excuse to exercise with lots of new friends, then go to Silver Sneakers in Jefferson, GA. You do not have to live in Jefferson to join, so come on. What are you waiting for?

Shannon privet is wonderful so helpful, love him. Rec Dept is wonderful to the kids my grands part there and love it

This place is great for kids before school, after school, and for sports activities. Great environment
