Justin is first and foremost, safety focused when it comes firearms. He is also extremely well versed in firearms and the industry. He is very genuine and upfront. I had been to 3 other gun stores before I went here. I was looking for a particular pistol. Not rare but just me being specific in what I was looking for. This is where Service began. They were the first people to say let me look and see if I can get it. After a short search, they found the pistol and offered to order, so we did, for a very fair price. The pistol was here by the next week, like they said. I received a phone call letting me know. I was pushed for time when I went to pick it up. I wasn’t rude but let them know I had half an hour or would have to come back later in the afternoon. Paperwork (because I let my CCW expire) and all, I was out the door in 20 minutes. Just for S&G, I looked up the price on the pistol on a very well known online gun store and still came in under their discount price with tax included!

Great customer service today! only the second time I've been into this place of business and Justin treated me great and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the AR I was setting up. He was more than willing to help with my needs as I was not sure what all I wanted. With his help my AR has a new trigger that is SWEET! Added a few other Items and I was ready to go to the range. Great guy and business. Not egotistical people like typical firearm shops(huge plus). Sent my slide off for cutting and finishing services. Turned out great, happened in a timely manner too. Had to purchase some goodies while I was there. Prices are good but even if a little more expensive I'll support any local business like this one before I buy cheap online.
