I am not sure why the reviews show 3.9 stars. I am super thrilled with this gym, the management, and the trainers. I am 61 years old and have about 100 pounds to lose. I have arthritis in my left knee and the trainers seem to understand and work with what I can and cannot do. It is very clean and well managed.

First time I've been in there.
Very Very clean.
The people that manage this are friendly and knowledgeable.
It seems you need a key to enter all the time. If you make an appointment they can open up for you.
If you have "Silver Sneakers " it's a real good deal.

It's a gym. It doesn't have to be glamorous. Since people need the newest fanciest equipment to look good on while exercising. What for? You don't look glamorous while you're doing it. This place is great value for the money don't sleep on it.

A couple of quibbles. A changing room aside from the bathrooms would be nice. Also a water fountain with a bottle filler would be an excellent addition.

So, my husband and I just joined this gym and I went for my complimentary physical trainer consult today. George was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through how to work each machine and showed me better ways to work my back and abs since traditional exercise would hurt me instead of helping. I feel very confident that I will be able to follow his routine. He also teaches a body sculpture call Mon, Wed, and Fri which all of their classes are only $25 a month not including the membership. We are paying $60 a month for both of us and it is a 24/7 gym which works well with our schedule. I went at 3:30 today and it was not crowded at all. No wait time for any machine. They also have free weights, but I'm not at that point yet. I highly recommend checking out this gym if you live in the Jefferson area.

I just signed up today and my first day is tomorrow, very clean very friendly atmosphere, very safe and it's right in the middle of town attached to the bells supermarket. I'm very excited for this new chapter of my health 🙏🙏, it looked like they had a variety of equipment and there are personal trainers as well, it's open 24/7 so no excuses 😁

Prices are good. I was concerned about it being hot in the building but they have fixed the ac and now it's good. Plenty of machines. Love that I can go anytime.

Have started working out there and it is a awesome gym. The staff is very friendly and the trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable about helping you to achieve your goals for good health fitness.
