Shane from the Golf Shop was great! I am new to golf and was in search for a putter. He quickly came to help me and offered his advice from experience. He allowed me to try as many clubs of the green as I need to without making me feel rushed or a burden. He provided me with tips and knowledge about certain clubs that would advantage me. He answered any questions I had and even compared prices with me. While remaining professional, he was also humerus with my dad and I; making the whole experience less stressful and complicated.

Came here close to closing and even still Shane took his time to explain the difference between two products very patiently. Did not rush nor hover while i made my decision. After purchasing Jordan and Shane then helped carry this 200lb load back to my car. Thank you guys so much.

Went in today for my boys baseball equipment. Miles was very helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. He did my kids measurements to make sure equipment was right for their age and skill level. I was so very thankful, I went into store with no idea where to start. Thank you Miles for the patience she showed my family throughout out shopping experience.

After a long day of family time, we all went over to Dick’s Sporting Goods in McDonough Georgia but first we stopped to eat @ Logan’s after coming out of Logans I left the lights the car and the battery was dead. We all walked over to Dick’s Sporting Goods the manager GODFREY gave me my family, a warm, welcome as we walk through the doors. I asked him if they had jump pack, he went above and beyond to help us with his personal jump pack, and that’s amazing showing us as a family. The human kindness is still ever present. Thank you very much manager GODFREY our family appreciate you and everything you’ve done for us. Have a great weekend and come over and visit this location. It’s amazing!!!

Godfrey helped my grandson get fitted for his 1st bat. I went in there, not knowing a thing about sizing. Thank you so much for taking the time to show him a couple moves too.

This place is a sports and outdoors dream! There is always something on sale. Very clean facility. Professional and friendly staff. I've been coming here since I was a child and now I bring my family.

Just a few days before Christmas and the customer service, wait time to check out, friendly staff were exceptional! Each department not only had a staff member greet me and ask if they could help, they also walked me over to the exact items I was looking for. I waited about 2 minutes to check out and was offered gift boxes on my way out. Labor shortage is a non-issue at this store, or they just have a very well run organization. Either way, Dick’s earned a new huge fan!

The associates were so sweet a nice gentleman helped us get the right measurements for our boys baseball bat and gloves! Amazing staff thank yall!

mr. shane is the best worker i have ever come in contact in, he let me try out many different clubs to hit and was super nice about it and let me take my time, he wasn’t rushing me at all and was super nice and giving me very good recommendations.

The store and restrooms were clean. The employees were kind and helpful. It was a pleasant shopping experience. There weren't that many customers in the store. All of the customers had on mask. However, none of the employees had on mask. So, I just stayed behind the plexiglass while checking out.

I recently purchased a treadmill from this location. It was in stock. Obi was quick to find out if it was available. He helped me load it up (after much of a struggle ha!). He was friendly and attentive. Great overall experience! Thank you!

We pre ordered a treadmill and elliptical on line and picked it from this location. Pick up was fast and efficient. A young lady kept us informed of wait times then two guys helped load the equipment and we were off.
It was a very smooth transaction.

Very good customer service. I purchased two pair of expensive shoes from associate Damian. He was great just enough help and not over the top pushy. The shoes didn't work out for me and I took them back. The staff was very curteous and accepted the shoes without any hassle at all. Great experience.

Customer service was great. Very helpful and patient and the sales rep gave me some great advice. They matched a competitors price for the item I was looking for and I got an additional 10% off after being approved for a credit card.

This is the nearest location to my home. The selection was affordable, of great quality, and current. Jim provided my husband and I with excellent customer service. Although the product we wanted wasn't available we'll definitely pay this location a visit again in the future.

Had the best experience with the salesman in the knife department this afternoon. He was so respectful and kind in talking to my son. I am terrible with names but his name starts with an "M". I know he was going to work on stock tonight. Reward him Dicks! He is a great asset. (We walked out with 4 knives!)

Accidentally, the sensor was left on my tennis shoes. When I returned to the store to have it removed, the manager had a gift card waiting on me and the cashier was as pleasant as can be. Thank you for your outstanding work.
