I am so grateful for Dr J.Phillips and his wonderful staff. Are pets are fur children with remarkable souls. Dr Phillips is a very kind and very knowledgeable vet he explains everything . Good Even the bad
so we can make the right decision for our fur babies. He did two Intense surgery. Scruff had excellent recovery. The staff is very respectful and compassionate. Thank you jacklynn

Jefferson Animal Hospital is the BEST! I took my dog Bear to them for years for his regular shots until the day I found lumps in his neck. I. Took him to the vet to see Dr. Phillips and I was told he had Lymphoma. He was very patient with me as I cried and called my husband to let him know Bears diagnosis. He answered both of our questions and helped us understand what the next step was. Dr. Phillips and the vet techs treated him like their own. Anytime something came up they would answer any question on the phone or get him in the same day. This place is amazing and I knew he was in amazing hands. Thank you Dr. Phillips and the vet tech staff for all the compassion and care you showed to hear as well as my husband and I!

DR. Jason Phillips and all the Vet Technicians are AWESOME. I took my canine brother Bear or as they called him Chubbs until he passed away from lymphoma a few weeks ago. Dr. Phillips and the Techs were so patient and compassionate during his sickness and his entire life, I always felt like they treated Bear just like he was their family pet. The day Dr. Phillips told us he had lymphoma my wife and I cried like babies and the amount of bedside manner and compassion they showed us I will never forget! I hope if you are looking for a Veterinarian who will care for your pet like family you make an appointment to see Dr. Phillips and the Team, they won’t let you down and if there is an emergency with your pet they make time to always get you in, give guidance over the phone, and treat you like family through hard times! Thanks Jefferson Animal Hospital Team like I said I’ll never forget the kindness you didn’t have to give my family!!!!

I would not take my animals anywhere else but here. We live an hour away and still take our babies to them. Best doctors and staff anywhere. Thank you all for the great care y’all give hugs

Great veterans there had a yellow lab there for 18 years looking now to adopt 2 senior labs to rescue and grow older with us

Because I'm new to the area, when my dog started limping badly on three legs, i felt stressed about taking him to an emergency vet, and the pending bills for x-rays, etc. Not to mention, my dog is a young rescue (who had been burned by another vet during the pandemic since he does not warm up to strangers right away, and was handled very roughly for vaccinations when I was not present due to restrictions, and thereafter HATED the vet). Because of this, I was super worried about what his experience would be at an emergency vet in Jefferson, not to mention I didn't have an appointment because of the nature of the injury. I called Jefferson Animal Hospital on the way over, and they were able to squeeze me in, and I was able to walk right in as soon as I arrived. The vet and staff were SO perceptive and kind to my pup, and they were so in tune to his need to warm up to the people in the room before being touched, and the whole experience was head and shoulders above my expectations. They also worked with me regarding the plan of care and did everything they could to avoid high expense tests if they weren't urgent or necessary. I almost cried when I saw how low the bill was! They were an amazing team, my dog was way more comfortable than in the past, and I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for a few years. Yesterday had an emergency for one of my dogs and they were fully booked but made time to see my dog "tiny dog" from front office to the Vet amazing! Tiny came home a new man) dog... Even called and followed up this morning to see how tiny was doing.

My dog was attacked by neighbors dogs. After getting rude receptionist from commerce vet my sister told me to try here. They told me to immediately bring my dog in. I got there and we were taken to a room. The vet was very honest and told us they could perform surgery ($1500) but her chances weren't good. After talking things thru we decided to have her euthanized to stop Peachy's suffering. We made the decision the vet never mentioned that as an option or pressure us into taking a decision. After the process they gave her back to us wrapped up and offered any help with sheriffs office about attack. Everyone was very caring and responded in a courteous manner. We didn't feel like we were dollar signs for them. I do have a cat left and I feel she will get great service and care here.

We needed to get all of our dogs their shots to stay at a kennel. We took all 6 dogs to the clinic at one time and one by one got them out of the van to have their shots. They did all 6 shots in 30 mins and were nice, professional and caring.

Very friendly staff! They took excellent care of my cat, and very quickly too. No waiting, no hassle, and the prices were definitely affordable. Not that emergency care for an animal is ever cheap, but it was a lot less than I was expecting. Had planned to go to another local vet, that rhymes with Cannon, but they do not do any sort of emergency care...appointment only, and nothing available for at least 2 weeks. Worked out for me, though. Jefferson Animal Hospital will be getting my business from here on.

We own 7 rescue dogs and 5 cats, living in the country means people dump animals on you that are in pretty bad shape. We see Dr. Jason Phillips monthly. Over the years he has helped us with diagnosing and treating in our dogs osteoarthritis, seizures due to a brain tumor, Addisons Disease, UTIs due to struvite crystals, and Diabetes Insipidis. He safely removed an eye in our 15 yo boxer due to painful cataract pressure. And most recently we had a dog that required a blood transfusion and Dr. Phillips had his father bring his own pup in to be the blood donor for the transfusion in the middle of the night. We are beyond grateful. She's fully recovered thanks to their quick thinking and diligence! Dr. Phillips has a wonderful manner with families and pets, he is patient and listens to your concerns and believe me, I always have a long list of concerns. We have been here for years and will remain. The entire staff is just phenomenal, I have never had a vet practice as good as this. Their pricing is very fair. I know the average going rate for just about every procedure out there and I have no complaints what so ever about JAH's pricing. This is just a great hospital for your pets, be it shots or to say that final goodbye. They have even shed a tear with us in the end. Good People, Ethical Business. And they play 104.7 The Fish, which I love!

Its never easy to make the decision to put your pet down that to love as part of your family...I had to make this decision a couple weeks ago with the help and support of this great and caring staff of Jefferson Animal Hospital , The doctor and staff were caring and compassionate and gave me options with real outcomes and supported my decision to do so .Unfortunately due to covid we could not be with our loved pet while she was put down ,and we totally understand the protocol ... my focus was doing the best thing for my old and sick dog to give her relief ...To the staff and doctors were thankful for you and what you do! and yesterday we received your heartfelt card with her footprint on it .....meant the world to us, as we miss her dearly , however with your support and guidance we know we made the right decision . I would give 10 stars if I could !

Dr. Anderson and staff at Galilee Animal Hospital are amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. I have years of rescue experience as well as 40+ years of pet ownership and have used many vets over the years. This clinic is the best by far. Dr. Anderson and staff are the most caring and compassionate that I've ever experienced. I highly, highly recommend them.

They took great care of my wounded cat. They were informative, compassionate, gave me multiple options and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I felt like they did what was best for my cat and not necessarily just their bottom line.

They are always so good to my dog. And they are reasonably priced too. We had an emergency one day recently and they were able to see my dog immediately. I highly recommend this vet.

We just moved to Jefferson and I called for an appointment. The Receptionist was warm, personable and professional. I am looking forward to my appointment based on that stellar first time contact.

We had our doggy boarded here for over a week. The doctors and staff treated her as one of their own. She is never afraid to come here!!!
