Buying and selling a house should be stressful but not with Southside Realty. Brian O'Neal and Kristin Styers did a wonderful job. Communication was top notch and guidance through the whole process was excellent. They listen and care about their clients.

Sabrina Sargent has helped us sell several properties. She is a total professional. We couldn't recommend her any more highly. She truly handles every aspect of the transactions and is resourceful when she needs to be. The last sale took only hours, not days and sold well above listing price. She assisted us with our move after the sale with referrals and what turned out to be valuable advice. She remains not just a business resource but a friend.

Dianne and William Ball are an excellent team...The Ball Team. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought in Sun City and moved from a very long distance. They kept us informed about the building process of our new home. They were able to answer all of our questions, if they didn’t know the answer they would find out and get back to us. If we had problems they were right on it to correct it. I would highly recommend them as your realtors!! We know have 2 new friends. Wonderful, personality couple to work with.

Lauren Carr has treated me like a beloved family member from the beginning of this journey. During the course of a year we have cried together, had moments of joy and disappointments during my search for a home. Christy Chandler helped us find our first home. We trusted her so much when we decided to move Christy was the first call. She helped us with getting our house on the market with great advice and coordination. She is very organized and patient and always available to answer questions or put our minds at ease! She was even more patient with the hunt for a new home. I had no doubt Christy had our best interest in mind selling and buying. She helped us find inspectors and a lender that we trust! We found a buyer for the old house prior to finding a new home, we were worried. Christy was awesome and said "no need to worry unless I tell you its time to worry". Well we never heard that because she found us our dream home just days later. From the day she put the for sale sign on our front lawn to closing on both homes it was 6 weeks. She is the best and if we ever decide to sell / buy again Christy will be our realtor no doubt!
