Jackson County Courthouse

I’m part of the Drug Court program and it has sincerely changed my life for the better . Has it been easy ? No , but it’s been worth every minute… my thanks to everyone in the accountability court group .

We have a beautiful courthouse in Jackson county, but more importantly, those who work here are professional, knowledgeable, and always courteous. Camie Thomas, in particular, is an asset to the government services of Jackson county.

This courthouse is certainly a magnificent palace. I wonder where the money came from to build it? Perhaps from the speed trap at Braselton on I-85?

Condescending Old judges tired of this blatantly racist town .

They don’t go by last name, they bring in inmates instead of getting to the cases they called in at 8:30am so your here waiting till after 4pm. They don’t get court started till after 9:30am. The district attorneys don’t talk to you bout your plea they just want you to show up tell you what it is and that’s it they don’t even discuss what’s in the best interest in the person. This is very poorly organized they don’t know what they doing at all. They need to take some tips from Athens or some other court house that knows how to run things.

Just left from trying to get a restraining order because I fear for my family safety. Since no one has been harmed yet, we were denied. We are looking for "justice" but was shown that it is "just us"! Thank god for "stand your ground" SMH

Well I guess ga. Is above the law since the judge refuses to abide by a federal mandate to stop evictions. This is not right. Jackson co. Ga has doubled and trippled their rent. They don't care about people doing the best they can all they care about is the almighty dollar. The word of God says u will reap what u sow and I pray I'm still around to see what happens to the Jackson co ga judicial system. Esp. Since they think they are above the FEDERAL laws in effect right now. Esp pendergrass ga

The clerks office was courteous. But I feel the size of this place was a huge waste of taxpayers dollars.

They won't answer phone calls. What a nice huge palace they work in. Tax payers dollars being squandered.

Nice building, too bad the county locks people up who do nothing wrong and waste time.

Jackson country judge Tracy Brooks is a joke. Just down right dirty.

Officer Hollis badge# 057- is a crooked cop. She will take a power trip anytime of the day. Shes the type to have a chip on her shoulder just because she’s a female. She breaks your rights and unless you have a lot of money to take on a sue then you’re out of luck. Just stay away from officer hollis badge #057.
