Best experience I have had at McDonalds in a long time.

The lady was making my order when I was walking in the door.. She was friendly and professional.👍🏼👍🏼💯.

I went to the drive thru, the person who took my order was very friendly, didn't take that long to have my order ready, the food was fresh and good!!

Literally the best McDonald’s in the state of Georgia as far as I’m concerned. I work nearby so it’s a convenience thing but the fact that they haven’t messed up a single order yet is mind blowing to me. Keep it up! This the only McDonald’s where I can bite into my burger without checking it cause they got it!

Just started working in the area best McDonald’s I’ve ever entered Ms Charlene is the best she is courteous and very polite the Store is clean very clean and the ice cream machine (WORKS) Second day getting a ice cream cone made by Will he is one of the managers At this location not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store by the way this location up holds the McDonald’s image pinnacle

It's McDonald's, nothe fine dining so I never expected the food to be great, but what I ordered was good. The cashier was absolutely great. She was kind, patient and courteous. Which is a good thing because I'm one of the terribly indecisive customers who looks at the menu forever and still end up ordering the same thing as always. It's a flaw, I know, and I know that working fast food that is pretty annoying for the cashier, but she was still great. Also, the restrooms and dining room were clean and well stocked. So I guess the other people who have reviewed this McDonald's may have just come at the wrong time or something.

That Brennan Jared was such a fine man. I asked him to give me the sauce and he did just the job. That man came through for me! Never have I seen such a fine man in my life! He deserves raises, the key to the city of Covington, the Oval Office, and my heart. That manager Will is also the best! Much praise to them! They ALWAYS keep me satisfied!

The restaurant was very clean & kept up. While I was there one employee mopped up a spill without being asked as well as cleaned the restrooms. The service was friendly and quick. Would definitely visit again!

As for as McDonald's go, this one is a 5 star. Clean, friendly staff and fast service. The playground was awesome according to my kids and from the outside I can agree. This was a pleasant surprise. The other MacDonald's in town is the complete opposite of this one.

Best Big Mac I've had in a while

This has to be one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The inside was very well clean, they still have a nice indoor play area for kids the staff was also very friendly went in arourd 8:30 am and had my order ready real quick. This is by far one of the best I been to.

Absolutely amazing. James greeted me at the window and when I say I’ve never felt more loved and welcomed at a McDonalds I mean it. He was absolutely fantastic and smiled the entire time. Even with a short wait I was still met at the second window with more smiles and lots of thank yous. Literally the best McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. Please never get rid of James he made my day so much better.

What can I say, was in and out in a dash.
The service attendees was so super nice
and I received all I orderd, didn't have to go back for now getting what I ordered.

The young man that took my order today around 11:30am was awesome. In all actuality he reminded me of Good Burger (one of my favorite movies🥰😂) .... even my kids loved his service! His service was awesome!!! (Bypass Rd next to Cvs Covington Ga)

This was the BEST customer service we have ever had!! They were so polite and friendly, this is our new favorite location! Please tell your employees to keep up the great job!!

I liked my experience there. I usually go this location. They are kind and friendly. My order is always on point.

Buzzed the drive thru James was the best EVER! His attitude was awesome and Denita...might have her name wrong was equally as wonderful!

They got my order correct, but the manager was looking like she had an attitude for a second when I said they forgot the honey mustard
