The pizza was really good. They didn't even skimp on the bacon - which is rare. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The mozzarella sticks were average.

The atmosphere was a bit dark, and the decor was a bit busy. But it still hit as a cozy spot. It was a good crossover between a pizza hole in the wall and an Italian restaurant.

The only bad thing to say was that they were very aggressive about credit card charges and trying to convince you to use cash. I'm sure that CC fees are crazy, but just roll it into your prices like everywhere else in the world. Making a big deal and asking for cash tips only is tacky.

I recently stopped here for lunch while visiting my hometown. I had not eaten here in many years. Some things never change and that's a good thing.

I'm a southerner now, so stay away from the iced tea it's not what you think. I asked for a pizza sub that wasn't on the menu and they made it for me!
Subs are huge!!!

Our server was so helpful and friendly and the gluten free dish was FABULOUS!! Absolutely best gluten free food I've ever had! We will be back!

We had an early dinner here the week between Christmas and New Years after a day at Great Wolf Lodge. The NY pizza here was some of the best we have ever had! We got a 14" NY and tried the 16" Sicilian which was a mistake. The Sicilian is delicious but in a different way as it much more crust. We ended up eating all the NY and 7/16 of the Sicilian. The meatballs and house salad were also delicious. Very good dinner! There was plenty of room when we arrived around 4 but it was also not empty. I can imagine this place gets busy at high time!

My wife and I stopped for lunch. Luckily, the first place we tried had a long wait!

The restaurant itself has a great Italian family run feel and vibe.

The service was awesome. Waitress was very nice, quick and attentive.

The food was as good as I had hoped. Started with mozzarella sticks. I ordered the meat lasagna, which was delicious. My wife ordered a chicken salad; looked great, and came with a large serving of chicken

A very nice Italian Restaurant hidden in plain site on Washington Street, in Havre de Grace, MD. Great Italian cuisine, excellent pizza. They offer an extensive menu including subs too. Spaghetti and meatballs portions are huge. Meat Lasagne was excellent too. Salad was fresh & crispy with excellent in-house dressing. If you're shopping the local shops, stop by for some great food. We'll be back soon!!😎😎

Gluten free calamari- need I say more? This is heaven for someone with celiac or gluten sensitivities. The gluten free menu was extensive, they have a separate fryer for gluten free. The food was amazing. And for the regular (not gluten free) people out there, my husband said it's the best pizza he's ever had!

First I'll say that the service was top tier! Food was great. Portions were plentiful. We came in on a busy Saturday night and it ran like a well oiled machine. Highly recommended!

Truly an amazing Italian food place! Most authentic I've had in a long time and service was great!

Dined here with a companion for dinner. We were seated immediately and chose a booth for a little more privacy. Our server was Vladimir who did an outstanding job for us. The beer list had only craft beer plus the usual junk beers, Coors, Miller, & Bud. We each ordered one and antipasti as an appetizer. I ordered the Saltimboca as my entree and my companion ordered a pasta dish. Both were excellent and portions were generous. The garlic bread with cheese was wonderful. We complimented our meal with a bottle of valpolcello which was reasonably priced. We thought the dinner was a great value and will definitely return.

Great authentic Italian food. The service was very good, and the food was excellent. They have an extensive gluten free menu and do a good job of avoiding cross contamination.

Update: I recently (December 2023) tried the chicken manicotti florentine. It is perhaps the most delicious gluten free meal I've ever had. Their gluten free pizza is also excellent if you like a thin crust.

My maternal grandmother was born in Sicily and prepared meals from scratch so I know good Italian food when I taste it. With that preface, I highly recommend La Cucina !

Wonderfully quick service and awesome food! We were working against time with a worn out toddler, we were seated immediately and our waitress made sure to get us drinks and put our order in ASAP. Food was with us in less than 10 minutes! Our server was great, very attentive and patient. My husband said their manicotti was the best he had ever had. And the pizza was SO good. It's a little gem of a find, don't miss it!

The food at La Cucina is incredible, but what will really impress you is the service and prices. This is a rare example of fine dining food in a small town casual atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough.

Authentic Italian Restaurant.. old country feel ...booth seating and tables. Great menu with dishes I can't pronounce . $15and up entrees . One of the best Italian restaurants around. Yes, the pizza is very good as well. Gets busy.

What a great find! Extensive menu including pizza and traditional Italian dishes. We had veal croquet appetizer followed by veal saltimbocca and veal piccata, all delicious. Great service, nice casual atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The Seafood al Gino was excellent. Perfectly cooked. The bread was scrumptious and my husband's fries a delight.

Ordered takeout. Spaghetti and meatballs and linguini and clam sauce. Both were excellent. Save room for dessert, the cakes are to die for, we had red velvet and chocolate mousse. So good!!

Ahhh!!! I went to this place for a NYC pizza after work, and my taste buds were buzzing. That pizza was soo goood that I forgot all about my waistline. If you want some genuine pizza, La Cucina is just the right place for you.
