BCI is a benefits enrollment firm that really takes care of its enrollers. We are all contract workers but they treat us like full-time employees, which means we are treated like family. The training provided is good, and most of us have years of experience, so when we begin a project we are confident in our knowledge and ability to help employees make educated elections.

Great company to travel while working

I saw no black people working there🤔

I have never encountered a more unprofessional workplace situation then at THIS company. Bringing in friends to replace (or at very minimum pickup slack in whatever form that is) a team, having the team train them up to par, have the team come in one day to sit through a company meeting with everyone else discussing how well the company is doing, and then firing the whole team afterwards with no warning, no severance, not even to finish the day off. Absolutely... absurd. I can't even believe that's legal.
