Sleep Inn Salisbury

We were pleasantly surprised about this hotel. It was extremely clean, from the hallways to the bedroom. The breakfast area was very well stocked and the person in charge was always present, very nice, and a very hard worker. We did not expect such a good experience and we will be coming back for sure.

Love the place. The room was a bit small for me. The front desk staff (I wish I could remember her name) was the best ever. She was so informative and helpful. I am looking forward to my next staff simply because of the front desk staff. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Very nice little hotel. Check in was great. Chase at the front desk was very helpful and recommended restaurants. Queen Room was clean, compact but very comfortable for 1-2 people. Free Breakfast was standard fair but very good. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Only knock would be the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. Other than that, perfect.

I forgot a very meaningful bracelet I have had for over 30 years. Within an hour of leaving the hotel, I received a call that they had it safe at the front desk. Thank you so much Sandrea from housekeeping, and Crystal at the front desk. So happy to see honest, genuine people. Thanks a bunch.

We were surprised by the quality of this place. Friendly staff and clean quiet rooms. The exhaust fan in the bathroom actually works! Typical free breakfast fills a void, but there is a Dennys next door.

I have stayed here two separate times now, once last summer, and now this summer. It's a nice, clean room with a decent little pool. It being right off of the highway is ideal for commuting to Ocean City to save a few bucks on a hotel room. This hotel is not too far at all if you don't mind the half hour drive.

Aside from that, the staff have been friendly both times and the surrounding area is nice and quiet at night. It's close to a couple of grocery stores, a gas station, plus a few dining options.

I'll definitely be staying here again when I go back to OC.

The location and room was perfect. The only reason the service received a 4 was due to breakfast ended at 9 and not 10am. However, Denny's was directly across the lot. Walking distance. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Everything I needed was less than 15 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The coffee and tea station in the lobby was a nice added touch. Rooms were so clean! But, my favorite was the quality of the beds and bedding. So soft! I slept great!

Staff was friendly, bed was pretty comfortable, pillows we're good, room was clean. Nothing fancy but it was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a 30 minute drive from Ocean City MD and was centrally located for the day trips we did. There is a Denny's next to the parking lot. Breakfast is grab and go, but is better than others. It includes a breakfast sandwich with the choice of meat or meatless. Wifi was good and very easy to log into. The rooms with two double beds are bigger than the rooms with a queen bed.

Great location, great employees & great management. When Microtel Hotel failed us due to non disclosure of increased weekend rates which wasn't disclosed in their online advertisement I called Sleep Inn & they gave me a better rate. I was in Salisbury for funeral services for my brother. Microtel & Booking.com did agree to cancel the reservation, not charge me cancellation fees nor commission fees & credit charges back to my credit card. Otherwise I would have to pay for two hotel Bill's. The manager at Sleep Inn was kind enough to allow a small group of my family to use the breakfast room to gather for a few hours. Everyone was extremely nice & accommodating. I have very few complaints. The room was small & the sink is open in the room however the toilet & shower were separate. The mattress was hard & uncomfortable. The room was neat, clean & decorated tastefully. Overall, I was pleased & would recommend it. Selina D. Decatur, GA.

Absolutely great place to stay, we have stayed here before and was wonderful to stay again. The staff are perfect and the rooms are cozy and well kept. We will absolutely be back for a third time!

My family & I were in town due to my father having a major heart attack. The hospital had given us a choice of two places nearby for discounted lodging. At first we chose lodging a little closer to the hospital because our dad was in the ICU and we wanted to be as close as possible. We had a horrible experience within two hours of booking our rooms. Unfortunately we had chosen lodging that was infested with roaches & suffered from the most unprofessional management I or anyone in my family have ever dealt with. We left that lodging and called Sleep Inn from the parking lot. We were exhausted, overwhelmed by the stress of the day and our prior experience. A woman named Cindy at Sleep Inn let us know to come right over and she would help. She was immensely helpful, and had us all calmed down within minutes of arriving. We honestly wished we had chosen Sleep Inn from the very beginning. She quickly got us checked in for a lesser rate then we were paying at the prior lodging. We were so impressed at not only her professionalism but also at her honest, caring demeanor. We were able to finally get some much needed rest in the most comfortable beds & very clean rooms. The next morning the manager spoke with us and he was the most professional & caring manager we have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. The Sleep Inn is not only very clean & has just a calming vibe to it from the decor to the staff. The amount of professionalism, honesty, & pride from the management to the staff was amazing. You could honestly see they actually cared about their guests. They helped our family above & beyond what we could have expected. We had to return to town a week later & we would have booked our rooms here again unfortunately our father passed in the early morning hours of our second arrival. Sleep Inn is just a few extra minutes from the hospital but it is so worth making them your first & only call!!! 10 stars!!!! Great prices, considering everything around us was booked. I honestly don't know where to begin. Staff are very friendly, warm welcome. The facility is so clean, nice business center in the front. The rooms are very modern super soft linens. Did I mention I constantly travel all these things are important. Breakfast is small but we'll cooked cafe staff are really nice. Location is very convenient stores and places to eat near by. Next to the 50 for easy traveling. Hotel manager is awesome makes sure guests are satisfied. Love it will be staying at more sleep inns when available.

At the desk, for the reservation, Tracy treated us very kind.
The room was cozy and very clean.

Hi, i stay a hole month, because y was working in the area. Guest service was grate super nice. The room was all ways clean. Is a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful rooms and excellent service. We only stayed one day on the way to ocean city and we don't regret it at all. The rooms were very clean and roomy with everything you need like fridge, wifi, microwave, and a nice relaxing pool. Another great feature for anyone in a wheelchair they have a lift for them in the pool so they are able to enjoy the pool also. Nearby (connected to parking lot) there was a gas station for anything you may need like snacks and gas and also was Dennys for a sit down or pick up meal. At night they light the hotel up and it's gorgeous! This hotel was very nice that it gave us high expectations for our ocean city hotel which was horrible compared to this hotel. Will definitely stay her EVERYTIME we pass through.

I had a lovely stay. Hotel is easy to access- very close to the highway exit. Denny's and gas station with Subway are across the parking lot. Breakfast was nice and simple and the room was clean and comfortable. Stephanie helped me check in and was very helpful!

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff wasn't that friendly, but the staff during breakfast were funny and sweet. The hotel was extremely clean and decorated nicely. I would definitely stay again!
