Kim was absolutely amazing, and helped bring my ideas for the my wedding to life and within the budget I set! 5/5!

I want to thank Kim who answered and took my call as she was very busy at the end of close before Valentine's Day. I was in another time zone and had forgotten to place an order. Kim, informed me of what she had available and quickly took my order as the driver was on the way for delivery. It was extremely easy! The driver who delivered the arrangement , I heard was very nice and as the receiver wasn't home at the time. The were able to communicate via phone and cameras. They did handle everything professionally and with care. I will use this florist again!

My Dad wanted to buy me yellow roses, since my Mom loved them and she passed away 20 years ago. I looked online and was impressed with the design of the flowers which was different than other florists. I ordered them, they were delivered on time by a very friendly woman and they are gorgeous. Kim at Stems Florist is amazing. The arrangement that I sent to my coworker was so beautiful that she actually cried when she called me to thank me. Kim also went out of her way to deliver the arrangement to the hospital on her way home from work. Above and beyond for customer service and beautiful arrangements. Stem Florist made our entire wedding day absolutely beautiful. Kim went above and beyond to help us with our wedding day throughout our entire engagement while being mindful of our budget. She was flexible with meeting with us as many times as we needed and during off-hours since we were traveling from out of town. Every time we met she would happily re-explain things and make any changes we thought of (which ended up being a lot)! When we did not know how to make a decision, she walked us through all the options and laid/drew everything out for us. Her background as a commercial interior designer helped us set up our reception ballroom symmetrically & beautifully with the layout of Four Seasons. She also helped us with things outside floral decor such as table settings, aisle runners, candles, and linens. Kim corresponded with other vendors and our wedding coordinator without our prompt as well. She truly knew every family member and corresponded with my parents as well as my husband and I. On the wedding day Kim made our vision come to life beautifully. The ceremony and reception looked better than we could have ever dreamed. She also found all members of the wedding party without any need of direction and gave them bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Kim went above and beyond in every way. We can not thank Stem Florist enough for everything they did to make our wedding vision come true!

I visited Stems shop and was blown away by the unique assortment of blooms not typically seen in a florist. The designs were gorgeous and I had a few minutes to chat with the manager who was delightful! I vowed the next time I sent flowers I would call Stems. The following week, I did and asked for designers choice. The flowers sent were gorgeous and the recipient loved them! If you are looking for something different and well designed, call Stems! 🩷

Stems was accommodating and sensitive to my situation. They explained everything in detail and honored their commitment, unlike those floral warehouses. As I live over 900 miles away from the recipient destination, integrity was key and Stems has it in spades! I heard from several sources that the standing arrangement was beautiful! I took the Winter Wonderland class and I enjoyed myself. Actually, this class was gifted to me bcus of my interest in making floral arrangements; it’s something I have found to enjoy and love. In class we made a floral ring, a centerpiece and a wedding bouquet. The flowers chosen were beautiful and of great quality. The information that Kim provided during the class was wonderful and gave me a sense of knowing what I was doing, how to, and what to do to make or use for different pieces which will help me in the future floral arrangements to come. Thank you for such a beautiful arrangement. I asked for your expertise and boy, the arrangements were expertly done. I shared characteristics of our loved one, and you embodied his spirit in the beautiful display. Our family, along with the guests who attended the memorial service kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were. And thank you for volunteering to deliver them. Even though I felt I could pick them up and set them up in the sanctuary, walking in and seeing everything beautifully arranged made a difficult time so much easier. Thank you.

Stems did a fantastic job on the casket spray for my mother. It was beautiful & even a week later while it was still on her cemetery plot & had been exposed to the elements it was still beautiful. Stems Florist and Kim Brannan made our daughter's Hallmark-Worthy Christmas Wedding come to life! Kim worked with my daugther and I, even after her shop hours, to create each of the floral arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres to have the perfect amount of Christmas without screaming too much Christmas and within our budget. All the flowers were stunning and loved by all the guests. Thank you Stems Florist and Kim for being a part of my daughter's most special day of her life.

I live out of state and placed an order online for delivery. They were so wonderful! They not only called me beforehand, but they called me afterwards to tell me how the delivery went and added a personal touch to this that melted my heart. Amazing above and beyond customer service. What a caring and kind company! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ordered flowers to be delivered locally. Left the design up to the florist, and it was the most beautiful, unique arrangement that I have seen, may be ever. Flowers were healthy and one could tell some thought had been put into this arrangement. I would use them again.

I got a gorgeous bouquet for my mother-in-law’s birthday. Very easy to work with and friendly. I picked the flowers out and the arrangement was made in a timely manner. Beautiful!!

Kim is great to work with, she did a wedding for us on June 3 and people are still talking about the beautiful flowers. The whole day was magical and flowers are such a big part of any wedding.

I went in to pick up something for a memorial last minute. The staff that assisted me was very knowledgeable and kind. They took time to help me get what I needed. There was a cute dog there too! Great Florissant gem!
