I can't say enough good things about this Ins. Co. Everyone I have spoken to is so friendly and always helpful. When asked about lowering my car insurance cost with them they are very good at finding you the best price out there, saving me money and time. Years ago I tried other car ins. like Progressive, Geico etc and I would never go back to them.

Paul is great! Whenever we have a question, he is quick to answer and thoroughly explain the "why" of everything. He's also always making sure we have the best rates for our active policies. I know we are in great hands with Paul and co at Ostrander Insurance!

Paul is super responsive and incredibly helpful. Shortly after we had a nightmare experience with Liberty Mutual for our auto insurance and I immediately contacted Paul to see what our options were with them. He ending up saving us a bunch of money AND we had better coverage. I highly recommend using their services if you're thinking about any type of insurance coverage. Amazing Customer Service - Wish I could give more than 5 Stars! - I was looking for a new auto-insurance policy and I am so happy a friend recommended Ostrander Insurance. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Ostrander and he was incredibly helpful. I received a quote based on my current insurance policy quickly, and at a very reasonable rate. Moving from out of state I also had to get my car re-titled, and registered. Paul went to the RMV on my behalf and took care of EVERYTHING. He even mailed all of the new documentation/plates to my home. It was a far more pleasant experience than I could have ever hoped for and I would highly recommend Ostrander Insurance to anyone who shopping around for a new policy!

Every interaction is a pleasurable one, and I have had some of the lowest rates available from auto to renters/homeowners insurance. They work with a wide variety of insurance providers, and will do their best to research all available options to provide you with the best price. I recently added renters insurance, and it was a fast and simple process. Paul was absolutely great to work with, very quick responses and he made sure all the necessary forms were available to me from the start. Responsive and thorough. Paul takes the time to understand your needs and the associated urgency and provides options accordingly. He does a great job simplifying those options to make sure you understand why one may be right for you. We ended up with coverage that was both better and cheaper than our previous provider.

We worked with Paul to obtain auto and homeowner's insurance. Paul was able to send us an estimate for auto insurance the same morning we requested it and he even worked with the dealer to make sure they had everything they needed to register the car in Massachusetts. Dick Ostrander and his fine staff did a great job helping both my early 20's children in setting up their auto insurance for their recent new vehicle purchases. My kids were excited about picking up their new cars as quickly as possible. Debbie and Paul at Ostrander provided expedited service in completing the required insurance paperwork for the new car registration process which allowed pick up of their 2018 vehicles the same day. My family has been a client for home and auto insurance for almost 20 years and appreciate the personal service provided by Ostrander Insurance. I have been using Ostrander's Insurance Agency for the past six years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Ostrander's is always there to help with any questions that I may have and they treat you like family. They remember who you are and what your situation is, unlike the big insurance companies. They made registering my camping trailer a breeze by going to the registry for me during the Covid pandemic, when the registry was closed to the public or when you could actually make the appointment weeks or months out. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great company that actually cares about their clients.
