Nice and clean. Reasonably priced.

Lack of communication- I met with owner Suzie to inquire about a 10x30 storage unit last April and she told me none were available then. Her rates were reasonable so I aasked to be put on a waiting list. She promised to call me when one was available. I did find another stroage unit in Asheville but it was more expensive. After a month, my rate increased $55/mo bc of new ownership. I called Suzie monthly asking if another unit came available. I was told repeatredly no, but after several months passed, I started to doubt I was put on a waiting list. I know by now at least one unit would have been vacated. This is very poor communication.
