Insomnia Cookies

I have to say this place truly brightened my day. They have a variety of cookies and they also have brownies and ice cream too. They served the cookies warm and were very nice! It’s a great spot for a comforting dessert pick me up, and it’s definitely worth adding to your “to try” list!

Amazing. So delicious. Got a large box with a mix of classic and deluxe and they were all so good. FYI they're cashless and I had parked down the block and only brought in cash. The cashier was super understanding and polite and so patient while we had to run and grab a card. Definitely will be going back when in the area!

Heard great things about this place so I decided to try them out. The cookies were good but pricey. I expected them to be super delicious and they were just ok. The store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Omg 😭😂😂 As long I've lived in Greenville and I can't believe that this is my first time ever knowing about Insomnia Cookies lol now I don't know what ingredients they put in their ice cream but it is the best ice cream everrrr!!! I'm in love with the m&m's in top of the cookies n cream ice cream and the macadamia cookie, man!! For some reason when I buy ice cream from the grocery store and comparing it to Insomnia, the grocery store ice cream doesn't taste as buttery and as yummy as theirs. So now I know where to go when I gotta sweet tooth for ice cream. I highly recommend the everyone in Gville try Insomnia Cookies! Amazing job guys!!👍

Despite just one person serving the customers, service was incredibly efficient. We didn't wait very long. Their cookie dough ice cream was everything. My daughter had a cookie brownie of some sort and finished it before we even got home. Plan to go again soon.

I was looking for a place that delivers ice cream late at night and this site popped up. Then I put in my address and they delivered in my area. I was glad so I had to try them for the first time. Why haven't I heard of them before? Anyways, I placed a small order and they delivered in a nice amount of time with my stuff. To be honest, the ice cream was very delicious along with the cookies too. I enjoyed what I ordered from them and I plan on ordering again. I order 2 chocolate chips cookies, tasted great and chewy, chocolate ice cream with snickers topping was great and very, very delicious. I think it's my favorite now. I enjoyed that flavor a lot. I also got the cookies and cream ice cream with the MM's topping. Everything was very very tasty and delicious. My go-to for now on.

If you are looking for a real treat, definitely stop by Insomnia Cookies! I loved the ice cream sandwich and overall service. Definitely recommend ❤❤❤

We love Insomnia Cookies. The confetti are my absolute favorite while my kiddos prefer chocolate chunk. The cookies are always warm and perfect. Don’t miss this stop.

I have heard about this place from my coworkers quite often. So, when the opportunity came to visit Insomnia Cookies, I had to check it out. I am not a sweet food junkie but from time to time, I'll try something.

On this particular day, the organization wanted to acknowledge a few employees and my coworker and I were responsible for ordering and picking up the cookies. Upon walking in, there was no one at the register or nearby. There was no way of signalling the individual that customers were in the store. We stood in the store for a while and made some loud noise to see if anyone would hear us. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone did finally come to the front. There was no acknowledgement of "Sorry for waiting, I was in the middle of ..... thank you for your patience. How can I help you." A simple acknowledgement would have been great. We understand if you're the only person working and you get caught up doing something, there's going to be some wait time. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were annoyed and it seemed the individual was also annoyed by the noises we were making to try to get someone's attention.

Despite all the annoying experiences, the cookies were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. We wish the customer service was better presented and hopefully, Insomnia Cookies can place a better system that notifies whoever's working that day that people have walked into the building.

edit: i’ve never had an issue since 2018 until my recent 2 orders of missing items (pint of ice cream for 1st order and a new limited time brookie for my most recent order). The menu items are super good and worth it so normally i wouldn’t care for missing things but order totals have been over $30.

Literally wish I could give more stars! This location is the bomb. I have ordered four or five times and they are consistently fast, accurate, and deliver delicious cookies. The cookies are soft and warm on the inside with a teeny bit of crisp just at the edge. I have been impressed over and over. Highly recommend these after you’ve been studying all week as a reward. You deserve it.

All cookies taste great! Our favorites are peanut butter and chocolate chip. We've been buying from Insomnia cookies for a long time. Orders were always done correctly, cookies always yummy and very soft! They prepare your order quickly too. Last week I came for pick up and a guy (I think his name is Justin), was very busy but he managed to get my order done even sooner than quoted time! Great job!

Experience has been great! Ordered online and some of my order was wrong. Called and explained they had someone deliver our entire order again within 30 minutes!

First of all....YUM! We were having a stressful day in the office so we had a 6 pack of cookies delivered..There's no way we could have left the office. What a great service!!!! Now that box of cookies put a smile on our faces! Great service & Great cookies(they were still warm)! Thanks again from the staff at Evans Street Mini Storage & U-Haul. Wow--I wanted to add something to offset the negative reviews I have seen, as I have had nothing but great experiences from Insomnia Cookies in Greenville, NC. Maybe the in-store experience is different from ordering delivery, but I have appreciated how prompt the delivery service has been, and one driver went so far as to tell me that they hoped my dog healed quickly when I let them know not to knock since I had to keep her calm following a major surgery. Thanks for making my all-nighters of grading a little more bearable!

The staff is awesome! Every delivery driver is always happy and upbeat. I like that we have cookie choices in Greenville. Campus cookies is great for the specialty cookies. They always have multiple different cookies on the menu. Insomnia cookies has an amazing taste and quality. To be honest when I want a good cookie for a good price I go to campus cookies. When I want something delicious and better than home cooking I go to insomnia. It may only be on pay day or a special occasion but it's 100% worth it.

Their cookies are so much better, and bigger, than Campus Cookies. Best sugar cookie I've ever had and the premium peanut butter/chocolate cookie was so worth it. It is pricey, but who would expect a delivery service to be cheap?

Freshly baked, warm and gooey goodness. Also has vegan options and ice cream! Sooo good. Got my nurses appreciation gift today. Thank you Insomnia Cookies.
