She adjusted my hearing aids, reprogrammed them, and explained in detail how to use the programs, how to care for the hearing aids, and what to look for to maintain them in top working order. Thanks

Yesterday my husband and I had appointments with audiologist
Dr. Heil. We were impressed with her professionalism and the fact that she taught us how to properly care for our hearing aids. No one whom we saw prior to yesterday provided such information. We would recommend HearingLife of Franklin to others without hesitation.

Very thorough, listen to my concerns, made recommendations based on my test results and now I am hearing better because of those recommendations. I was allowed to adopt my deceased husband’s hearing aids, saving me money. Service was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They made sure I knew how to use the hearing aids before I left.

Even though I arrived about 30 minutes early, and I was a new patient, I was seen quickly. I received a complete auditory assessment - and learned that my old hearing aids were barely functioning. But it did not take long at all to prepare me two new devices exactly according to my hearing needs - I was surprised to leave with them at the same appointment. The staff were kind, explanatory, and very gracious. I am glad to locate a new audiologist since moving to the mountains.

I have started my eighth year with Mt. Ear Associates. I have recently purchased my second set of hearing aids since my old ones became nonfunctional. I am so pleased with my new aids, can’t believe the clarity with which I now hear. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend them, so knowledgeable and accommodating.

My brother and I were so pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were, especially Sheri. She was so warm and friendly. We were so happy with our experience that we have been telling everyone we know that should they, or anyone they know, ever have a need for hearing aids, this is where they need to go! Very courteous and spent a lot of time to help resolve my issue with a hearing aid in need of repair. This is not my regular provider as we were traveling in the area but if I lived here, it would be my choice. Thanks for taking the time to help and for replacing the tubing for my old hearing aid at a very reasonable price. HCC

Pete and the staff were very good to work with. Pete did an excellent job of explaining the results of my hearing test and all the options available to me for hearing aids. There was no pressure to buy hearing aids. I felt Pete had my best interest in mind. He even allowed me to try out a set of Oticon hearing aids for 2 weeks without any charge. I highly recommend "Mountain Ear Hearing Associates" to anyone looking for good prices and service when it comes to hearing aids.

Mountain Ear Hearing is definitely the go-to place for hearing aids! I have worn hearing aids for 35 years, but have been using amplifiers for the last 7. Today, I went in and Pete was absolutely amazing in getting me set up with the hearing aids I needed! He adjusted the hearing aids, and I am hearing sounds that I did not even know existed! As I am sitting on the porch writing the review, I am hearing birds chirping, which I have not heard in years!

I have had difficulty getting the right hearing aid for my hearing loss but Pete was patient and helpful. Sheri was always pleasant and greeted me with a smile. I even referred a friend to Mountain Ear and they went and received the same great service.

Mr. Pete Cleppe talked with me about my hearing problem. He explained very thoroughly all the ways a hearing could help me. He also explained what each aid could and the costs. He fitted a hearing and allowed me to experience the benefits of each. I was able to go home and discuss options and costs with my husband and choose which one was most beneficial for me.
