St. Paul's Episcopal Church

The people here are so kind and caring. The church itself is magnificent and they are restoring the windows and floors in the chapel. I can't wait to see it when it's complete. Highly recommended!

I went there to see the ECU Christmas Choir performance. BEAUTIFUL church, with wonderful acoustics, and a grand pipe organ. The hosts were extremely nice there, so I'm sure it is a very nice church. Glad they support the ECU music program.

We were raised in different denominations and after moving to Greenville in 1987 looked far and wide for a church home. Pat Houston was the rector at St. Paul's then. As we walked up the front brick walkway to the church (now chapel) one Sunday morning, the usher didn't wait for us to get to the door, he came towards us with a big smile and greeting. Once we went in the building and experienced the service, clergy and members, we felt the sense of community and belonging and knew that we had found a church family. We attended confirmation classes and made friends with Dave and Judy Whichard and were confirmed by the Rt. Reverend Sid Sanders. Both our children were baptized in the faith and our daughter was married by Andrew Cannan in the main church in 2019. We relocated to Apex, NC in 2020 and whenever someone asks us what we miss about Greenville, the answer is St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

Went to the last summer organ concert. The Fisk organ is super. The concert was 20th century and more recent, and showed off the organ to its fullest. Excellent organist. Hope they do the series again next year.

Every summer I visit NC to see my grandma and I go to church with her. I love going to church here. Even though I only go during summer it feels like home.

This is a place I feel at home and I am welcomed and love every time I come through the door. It is a beautiful space and enjoy the incredible music. Absolutely love our clergy and all they do for our community.

Attended the funeral of Mary Tetterton. Impressed by the professionalism and caring that was shown to her family by all involved.

Ms Pam is everything!!! Our 2 year old absolutely loved it here and all he would talk about is Ms Pam. The only reason we changed schools is so he can go 5 days a week with his older brother. We love Ms. Pam and Lauren!!!

St Paul’s is authentically welcoming and truly non-judgmental to all walks of life. St Paul’s gives back to the Greenville, NC community. It’s a place I truly want to be and feel at home.
