Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a car for a week and they came through. I’ve had problems with Budget and other places in the past and this was a smooth experience, and first time using Enterprise at that. Jamie and Dell were great at the store. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this business.. they put me in an suv while my car was in the shop after my accident.. if you need to rent a vehicle do not hesitate to use enterprise in Franklin.: ask for Parker.. super nice and makes sure your rental needs are met!

I love Enterprise in Franklin NC. Parker Lewis is absolutely the best and the other staff is great. I rented a car from them and I ended up keeping it longer and every time I called to extend my contract he was super nice.

Always Friendly and ready to assist with all my car rental needs. The manager Parker is always making sure our rental goes smoothly start to finish.

Kelley was great. He helped us out in a desperate time of need when none of the other locations would even answer their phones! When picking up the vehicle he seemed to be extremely busy with no additional help yet you wouldn’t think it with his calm, kind and helpful attitude. I highly recommend this location.

The customer service was excellent. Easy to work with. Let me change vehicles at the last minute. Easy vehicle return after hours. The truck I rented was a 2023 chevy silverado and I loved it! Made me want to buy one, of course.

Me and my wife had our car break down and the staff here was very accommodating. With all of the things going on with car repairs and labor day weekend, they made our tough situation a little bit more manageable.

They are always busy but also very responsive and helpful! They are all so nice and they have good cars on the lot. Having them nearby is a saving grace for this whole area!

Was worried about mixed reviews on here. Extremely glad I gave them a shot. My husband felt like a King. Super friendly, very detailed, and fast service. The truck my husband picked was beautiful. It held all 5 of us extremely comfortable. Drove to the beach and back with no problems what so ever. Cleaned the truck up and gave it a wash before returning it. They inspected it and immediately released our deposit. Hated to see the truck finally go. It was a very wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing a reliable rental service.

The guys at Enterprise in Franklin are great! A few weeks ago I rented a car from Enterprise in Greenville SC when my vehicle broke down in that area while working. I returned the rental to the Franklin store and the guys here took the drop off quickly and were very nice. I returned to the same Franklin location last week to rent another vehicle and received the same great customer service. I plan on using them again next week and expect the same great service.
Google has asked me to update my review. As of 6/11/22, our Franklin Enterprise is still GREAT! Today when we picked up our rental the gentleman working was pleasant to deal with and had us quickly on our way out of town! Would still recommend!

Great staff. Everyone is really kind and friendly. What sepearates them from other enterprises is their hospitality. The follow up call when you return the vehicle was my first ever from enterprise. However it was super kind for them to follow up, wish you safe travels and let you know the final bill. Never had that before. I definitely recommend this location.

Andre & Kelly at the Franklin, NC location got me out of a tight spot and into a beautiful car for my few day stay in Franklin as I passed by on the AT. I have a recovering foot & ankle injury and needed to rent a vehicle to minimize walking and maximize recovery while taking a few days to rest off trail. I was dropped off by the county transit and already had a reservation ahead of time - but, had ran into some issues so I dropped my gear outside and sat on the sidewalk to make some calls. Kelly made initial contact with me ans got some details on the situation; he told me the manager would be right back and they'd see if they couldn't get me rolling. Andre returned and got the details on the situation and quickly figured out a solution and had me ready to roll off their lot in a clean, sleek, comfy, & loaded sedan that was - admittedly - a bit pampering after spending so much time recently getting used to dirt and discomfort. Andre and Kelly went out of their way to take care of me and deserve kudos for great customer service & interpersonal skills. Thank you for being kind and understanding, as well as motivated to find a working solution to a problem at hand.

Booked through Geico and reserved a car to drive while my Ford Fusion was in the shop. Got upgraded to a brand new Audi and the pickup process only took 5-10 minutes after going through the paperwork.
