KFC

I had heard about the new chicken nuggets that KFC had, so I wanted to go and try them. I got the 12 piece nugget combo, which came with fries and a drink. I also got a large side of mac and cheese to share. We ordered on the app for pick-up, and it was pretty easy to pick up the food. We parked outside, went inside, and there was a pick-up area that had a bag with my name on it. The chicken nuggets were pretty good, and went well with the ranch dipping sauce I ordered. The french fries were also good. The mac and cheese tastes like I remember, years ago. It’s pretty bland and flavorless, but the nostalgia of the taste makes it worth it. I did not interact much with the workers, other than saying “thank you” as I was walking out the door, but our order was correct and there were no issues.

This is probably the cleanest, most well maintained KFC I've ever been in. The staff was very kind. We happened to witness multiple staff members being positively recognized by their manager and it was so refreshing. My whole family clapped for each of them. Then, we were surprised with a cake to say "thank you" for supporting them! I was shocked. It was such a nice gesture. Thank you for making our day, in the middle of a 11-14 hour ride home from Tennessee to Florida, with 3 kids and a baby! Keep up the good work, y'all! Thank you again!

Very professional accommodating staff when ordering at the drive-in window. We prefer thighs and drumsticks to breasts and wings. We're always happy with our Original Recipe meal orders. Also like great KFC coleslaw.

Good food, but prices were higher.

Always clean, friendly staff and fresh food.

Food was good and hot great job you guys a little less than a hour to close!

Y'all....I am not a KFC lover, most of my experiences have not been good, but today was great! The drive thru line was long, but my granddaughter really wanted it so we waited. The young man that took our order was very nice and knowledgeable. He made recommendations based on what we wanted. When we got around to the window he was very polite and clean looking (shirt pressed and tucked in). And the FOOD WAS RIGHT!!! Thank you for changing my opinion!

All the workers had one masks. Another worker was sanitizing the tables. Took a few minutes to get our food but it was good & hot when we got it. Big enough dining room to be away from others.

The workers there are very kind and easy to talk to. It was fun to see them interact with one another because you could tell they were having a good time even under stressful circumstances. I have been to this KFC only twice but the second time I went was because of the great experience I had the first time.

Gentleman at counter was superb.

Food was ok,but too expensive .

We were so excited to see that this KFC has Chicken Livers. Most of the KFC's have stopped cooking them. We live in Sylva and it's a 18 mile drive but I don't mind driving to find Delicious Perfectly Fried Chicken Livers. 😋 Even if it is only on Wednesdays.

Food is what it is - kfc fwiw - but their customer service is amazing

Hadn't had chicken in a min but it was actually fast and fresh I wld recommend this KFC to anyone they were very polite and very helpful and very fast with fresh food all of that is hard to beat

The people are pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious and well prepared.

We've started eating here just recently when we found out that they have a liver dinner special on Wednesdays for $3.99 that includes livers, 2 sides and a biscuit. The livers are just the way I like, fried soft and not hard at all. Of course you can always get regular menu items as well.

Stopped by for Dinner on my way back from Georgia. Good hot food for a road trip. If you are in the area, stop by.
