Johnny Bull's Steakhouse

Me and my wife were looking up places near Youngsville to get a steak and we stumbled across Johnny Bulls. Never in a million years did we expect to have the experience we did.

This place was completely packed to the max and it appears that they draw in an older crowd. That's generally how I've determined if a restaurant is great, it's by how many old timers frequent it. It's not an over the top showy dinning room, but it has a homey relaxing vibe inside the restaurant.
The staff was so on top of keeping us happy and attentive to our needs. That alone was beyond expectations. The salads they do there are so fresh and you can completely customize them to your liking. The Ribeye I got was cooked absolutely perfect medium rare. Couldn't have asked for better food. The food came out faster than I've ever experienced. The meal just kept getting better and better. The one issue I had was that it was early dinner service and they were low on limes for my cocktail, but I can totally deal with that. I made sure to tell the person at the register that we had a great time and that they'd make patrons for life.

We're actually taking a friend with us there tonight and have officially made this restaurant our date night restaurant. I strongly suggest you check it out.

We had a wonderful experience tonight for our first visit here at Johnny Bull's SteakHouse. We started off with fried pickles for an appetizer and we were served a plateful that was plenty for my group of four to share. We then ate from the salad bar which was full of delicious toppings to choose from. We were then served our ribeye steaks and sides. The steaks were cooked to perfection and were tender and juicy with just the right flavor. The staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was relaxing and the decor was very nice to look at. They had a ton of customers when we first arrived and you could tell that several of them were locals who ate there often. When it came time to check out, we were each given a card with a 10% discount to be used on our next visit since it was our first time dining there. I was highly impressed and I can't wait to return. The menu had a ton of delicious sounding options to try. You will not regret dining here!

I always have a good experience at johnny bulls. Steak is cooked exactly how you ask for it and all the food is great.

It gets busy for a reason so show up early.

The food is consistently good, facility is clean, and it is reasonable in price. It is close to Triangle North Executive Airport. We laugh every time we see "Raw Hide" the bull greeting us when we pull in the parking lot. It makes a great photo booth. They have the BEST clam chowder and broccoli and cheese soup. Mitch rocks the kitchen.

They always deliver on their food. We ate 2 piece Whiting dinner. So fresh and tasty.We also had chocolate, chocolate cake for dessert. Very moist

I ordered a take out steak plate and it was delicious. The steak was perfect, fries and Texas toast were great and the salad was big. Friendly folks unlike another place in town. Very happy with my experience!

We ordered two steak sandwiches with fries, steaks well done. They gave us a time frame of 10-15 minutes.
Let me tell you, not only were the orders ready right within the time frame, but the flavor was off the charts.

Love this place. My first time. The food was plentiful and tasty. Loved how you filled out a form checking everything you wanted on your salad. And the drinks were great.

This is our favorite restaurant when we want to a great steak. It is a very welcoming home feeling restaurant. We also like there burgers and salad bar. Wait, staff and Linda are wonderful. Very attentive to yout needs. We go usually twice a month . Family celebrates birthdays etc there. Well worth going to

Love this place! If you’re looking for somewhere to have a nice dinner without spending a fortune, this is the place. The service is always excellent, the food delicious, and the staff very friendly. Well worth it.

I enjoyed the custom salad 🥗. They give you a card and you write down what you like on your salad with multiple choices. Coconut pie have lots of coconut. The steak was cooked well! Olivia was a great waitress!

Great food and quick service the only draw back is I'd rather make my own salad from the salad bar.

If you like a country style restaurant with country people this is the place. Very calm, kind and nice people with that Southern hospitality. My server was great very prompt, paid attention. But my favorite feature -was the main reason I came there for was the steak. I've lived in North Carolina for 4 years now and that was the best steak I've had in 4 years whether it be a restaurant or me buying steak at the grocery store.
I ordered a prime rib 12 oz and my fiance ordered the fillet and both of us agreed it was just mouth watering spectacular.

I experienced from the inside out Johnny Bull's Steakhouse Louisburg NC Franklin County. I was in a short work assignment. The food quality is exquisite 👌 😍 from homemade 😋 soup, Pristine Salads (made to order ) with 7 dressing choices ( try the Greek dressing because it's Heavenly), the grills are exceptionally cleaned daily, the environment is fun, clean, the youngins ( teenagers) staff are excellent at their jobs! They're fun and refreshing! Very hard working 💪 after long hours at school, home chores, farm chores, homework 👍 👌 💪 🙌! The staff are each autonomously exceptional at their individual duties and synch well as a team to produce and deliver 😀 awesome 👌 experiences repeatedly, successfully , consistently always great...always BEST and BETTER...regardless of staff shortages due to sicknesses or familial responsibilities that naturally occur! The staff is fun, funny, serious about presentation, prep, and nothing but the highest quality food including of course, their Salmon, Chicken, Prime Rib, beautiful bakers...huge...(baked potatoes). The a.m. crew crushes it with homemade soup bases and soup finishes! The salad 🥗 portions are abundant! The Soup and Salad Combo will be satiating for any lunch or supper! I loved my time there. I will cherish it! They have a Older Southern Female who bakes their pies 🥧! She is amazing and the pies are definitely deliciouso! Craig is a very dedicated worker. He loves God, his dog, our Country and his career! Randall is gifted and talented as a Leader , a team player, a helper and his many tasks are managed exceptionally excellent! Everyone should be Blessed 🙌 😇 🙏 to watch and learn from Randall! Thank God 😊 and Thank Ya'll so 🙏 very much for my short assignment! Jackson is the bomb! (A.k.a Phillip, lol 😆) . Jackson hand makes the most beautiful 😍 earrings I've ever seen! They're for purchase ($10) at the register! They are clearly worth far more than $10! Mr. Johnny King is a gentleman, a stellar example of Compassion, Empathy, Hope, Loyalty, Respect, a Very Serious Example of Success es and Fun, Fellowship Steady , a Visionary , capable of seeing the very best in folks, his businesses, the growth and expansion and execution of excellence! We went for a good salad, we got an endless salad bar with one order of steak topping option. Both the salad bar and the steak were excellent. I highly, highly recommend this place. Oh and it was so clean (even the restrooms) you would have thought they had only been open a few months, but they have been around for 6 years. It is hard to see from the main road because it is behind a fast food restaurant (burger King I think). Use Google maps so you will not miss this place. We plan to go back. Staff was great also.

Thank you to the owner and to our waitress in particular for amazing service yesterday! We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary in their private party room. They were so kind! The waitress did everything that I needed for her to do, to make the event perfect.
The food was great too! We appreciate everything!
