Hampton Inn Williamston

In town for my job here for 2 weeks. Great location right off the highway. Easy access back onto highway. Shell gas amd Subway right at the hotel, with other places to eat within 2 miles. Breakfast here was hot and cold options, along with a grab and go bag at the desk. Check in was easy and check out the same. Internet works well and the shower was great. Mine had lots of hot water and pressure and this hotel was completely booked. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. If you stay longer, room service comes every other day to freshen baths, towels, and linens. Very pleased with staying here and will be returning if back in this area.

Thus was a great stay! I have been coming here since November 1st ish....11 day stays....back n 3....n so on. The staff is amazing, tonight on my last night, packing my car, pass Sara, staff, she saw n my face I wasn't feeling so well. She called my room later just to check on me!!! Amazing place and Sara is awesome!!!!🤪

The staff was friendly. Our room was ready on time and very clean and comfortable. The location is conveniently near a main road, but I didn't notice any traffic noise. I did use a white noise app because our room was near the elevator. It may have been quiet without it, but with the white noise, we both slept well. The room's entry hall design kept any light from the main hall from bothering us at night. I really like the big refillable bottles they now use to provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. They are easy to use and less wasteful. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment of options.

I have stayed at this hotel often over the past few years due to family visits in the area. The management and staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel is clean and the complimentary breakfast/coffee are very good. The rooms could use an update but overall are comfortable and useful for our needs.

For a small town, it was just as nice as the big boys! Just wish they had a small convenience pantry for drinks and snacks and sundrys.

Sometimes driving a truck with work i will take overnight routes. My biggest fear is staying in a nasty hotel that ran down and has a nice paint job like most do. Not this place. I was on the third floor and my room was up to date and very nice. Breakfast was great before i left for my long day back home after delivery. Very convenient store right next door for snacks drinks smokes gas or whatever. Nothing sketchy outside or in imo.

Ms Debbie was AWESOME and the breakfast was delicious. When traveling I mostly stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton properties

The decor upon entry is very nice. The staff are always nice and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The plus is there's a gas station and subway within walking distance.

Love this hotel and the service was Outstanding 💯💯👏. Please update the Hotel for the money we pay for a three night stay.. people were outstanding in service and front desk…

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I called ahead of time letting the staff know if would be after 1 am, possibly even after 2 am for check in. They said that was fine and they would note it down that I would be there just later check in. When I arrive the woman at the front desk was very rude and told me she marked me as a no show. I told her I called, verified the phone number that I called, and she kept speaking over me. I was charged 30 dollars more for incidentals than what the normal fee was. I have close to $500 in pending charges from the hotel when my room was only $148 for the night. ON TOP of all of that, we finally got to our room and the toilet had pee and toilet paper in it and was overflowed. Mind you, we arrived at the hotel around 2:30-3am and wasn’t in a room until 3:30. So we had to switch rooms. We had our two year old with us who had woken up during all of this. We got to the new room and the same woman at the front desk that was rude said she could’ve give us a room key. Said if she was able to get one she would slide it under the door after 7am. 4 am rolls around and she pounds on our door to give us a room key. I was extremely irritated. She woke up my child. She stood in the doorway of our room basically arguing with me about me being frustrated and upset at the whole situation. I had some choice words to say and ended up slamming the door in her face. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Great place if you are on way from Raleigh to Outer banks or Virginia Beach. Near the river basin and wild life refugee. Nice and convenient location.

We came down for the baseball tournament and I will say our stay was very nice. I have to admit I was nervous at first but I’m glad we went here. The room was better than what I expected from the reviews and the breakfast was AMAZING! I loved the fact of a hot breakfast everyday. The staff was great and very friendly. I do think that the pool could be bigger but other than that, it was a great experience for my family and I.

Was visiting NC and needed a clean place to stay after having a terrible experience at another. Lobby smelled good, fresh hot coffee(unlimited was a plus) Breakfast was included with my stay and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Would recommend to anyone!!! Great place and awesome job keeping your rooms fresh and clean!! Your employees are greatly appreciated!!!! :)

Starting at the front desk, the lady was super nice and helpful! Facility was very clean and well maintained! The beds were really comfortable and they had the best blanket on the bed that my daughter and I have ever slept with at a hotel! Pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. Also they serve a hot breakfast which was delicious! Will revisit again!

Very happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. If I ever need a place to stay when I'm in the area again, I won't hesitate staying here again. Front desk staff were wonderful and quite friendly! My wife and I were treated perfectly with several trips to the desk each time we needed something. My daughter and I were in the pool late (around 10 PM). One of the staff who had been at the front desk came out and offered us towels, which was nice considering they were out of clean towels when we got in the pool. Their breakfast was very good both mornings we there. They made fantastic yogurt smoothies that my wife and daughter both loved. I left both mornings quite full! The room was clean and comfortable (especially the beds).

Nice staff. Thought rate was less because what I was told at check in but other than that nice hotel. Super clean room and friendly staff. They gave us a sealed bag of food/beverage for breakfast. Included breakfast bar, apple, water, coffee cake, ice tea mix. Coffee could have been fresher but understandable in these times. They allow late checkout which is always a plus.

OMG I am going to say I've worked in hotels before so I was super skeptical about staying in a hotel to the point that I brought my own cleaning stuff because in my past experience hotels do not get cleaned properly, well let me tell you about this Hampton I was absolutely IMPRESSED!
the room was very very clean the bathroom was extremely clean as well the hallways were cleaned I was blown back with how EXCELLENTLY CLEAN THIS PLACE IS
THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. The employees I encountered were nice maybe a bit more smile and friendliness could be good but other than that I 1000% Recommend this hotel I will definitely be using Hampton inns from now on.
THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR SUCH AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. one last thing they need to have some folder or something were you can leave a tip I had no were to leave one 🥺 and it's not a restaurant so leaving on a table is not a thing.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The entire staff were extremely polite and very helpful with any requests or questions we had. I'm so glad that the breakfast was back the normal as well as the pool. We'll definitely return when we're back in the area.

Excellent and clean hotel. Management and staff always go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended. We always have an enjoyable stay.
