After 2 failed attempts at a successful delivery with a competitor I gave up and went to Queen’s City Appliances. I should have started there to begin with. Lesson learned. Great price and wonderful delivery experience. There was an issue with the dishwasher drain connection. They came out in a reasonable amount of time and fixed it. Very pleased.

When I needed a refrigerator quickly, Lowe’s and Home Depot were 2-3 weeks out for delivery. Queen City had the exact model and delivered next day. Thanks to Stephen Bradley for wrapping up the deal!

Staff was very helpful. Had to deliver to my house several times do to space washer and dryer was to go was to small. They were very patient and understanding. Delivery guys tried their best and were so nice

Right on time. Very professional. Equipped to handle the job. Made sure to survey & measure the area so no harm to my home or appliances. Fast but careful. I went to several appliance stores before I bought 6 appliances. I bought at Queen City in Salisbury because they were by far the most helpful and most knowledgeable. Glen Hoffman took the time to explain the differences in the different models. I knew the prices before I went in . Queen City met or beat the other stores. Their installation prices were much lower than my builders.
I would recommend Queen City Salisbury to any one looking for appliances.

Queen City is the best for appliances. They will answer a plethora of questions so they can be sure you will be satisfied with your choices. All the appliances in my home were purchased there- the delivery people are wonderful- they are careful with areas they have to pass through during installation- clean up when they are through & months after your purchase, should you have questions, you can call & they are happy to help you. Highly recommend Queen City!

I was pleased with my experience purchasing my washer and dryer in the store. Salesman was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The delivery was on time and the delivery went smoothly. I would highly recommend Queen City based on my eexperience.

Glenn was very knowledgeable when asked questions about the refrigerator I was interested in buying. I ordered the one he had shown me but the following Wednesday, my refrigerator started working again. I decided to keep the old one and Glenn was there for me to cancel my order. I will definitely be back when my old refrigerator finally bites the dust.

I enjoyed Queen City. I am probably going to buy all of my appliances from them. We need to do some cabinet work before we purchase as we were only able to find one refrigerator that would fit that we liked anyway which is the refrigerator on top and a freezer on the bottom.

We basically knew what we wanted when we walked, so we picked it out and the salesperson moved approval and rang us up and scheduled delivery. They were prompt, and efficient and the whole thing was easy-peasy.
