Kayla was extraordinary!! She was the ultimate professional when I was looking for a house! She was also very positive and extremely responsive- She was there for me when ever I needed her - even with the "stupid" questions. She never made me feel dumb and there is alot to the buying process- she is terrific and I will definitely use her and Traci Tyson and Assoc. again for my next house!!!

We cannot say enough good things about Kayla Stafford! We starting our home buying journey from out of state, and Kayla literally went above and beyond to help us in our search and eventual purchase of our home. We could not have gotten our house without her quick action. She literally dropped everything and drove an hour right before sunset to the house that came on the market that night to send us video so we could make a quick offer and get the home. In this market, that was the key to success. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. Kayla is the type of agent everyone should have. She is knowledgeable, incredibly personable, she listens and learns about us and our housing needs, she gives honest feedback and often without being asked researches red flags we might have overlooked or points to features that were really important. Kayla is detailed oriented. She comes on time and prepared for every showing. We ended up making two offers on potential homes with Kayla as our agent.

The first deal fell apart as a result of the failure of our deal to close in AZ. Kayla was so professional and made sure everything associated with ending the deal was efficiently resolved.

Our second offer was, thankfully, successful. Once again Kayla anticipated our questions, quickly found answers to questions if she didn't know, provided documents we didn't think to ask for but definitely needed, provided referrals for projects we were anticipating and kept all of the details of the closing moving forward and on time. We successfully closed on our new home on October 19, 2022.

I worked with Nick on 2 separate occasions. First time I was entering the market to buy right at the beginning of the pandemic, I must’ve looked at 100 houses with Nick. Not one time did Nick pressure me to make a decision, he always gave me helpful advice on what to remember when viewing properties. He answered all my questions as a first time home buyer whenever asked, no matter the time of day. I decided not to purchase, even after looking at 100 or so places, and Nick supported my decision.
