We have been to the office once with my daughter and now with my son. My daughter had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed about 5 years ago and same now with my son. We had the best experience possible. My son is recovering great with it also. If your child is having difficulty breathing at night and getting choked easily. I recommend having them checked and going here. They done amazing with both my kids. So thankful for them.

We were very lucky to find & see Dr Minotti & Dr Key. We are from out of town & my husband was experiencing severe vertigo. Their diagnosis & Dr Key's treatment enabled my husband to walk out of office without feeling the dizziness he had when we arrived. She also gave us detailed instructions to follow. Their office staff are very kind and helpful. Our thanks to everyone at this practice! You are ALL awesome!

Dr. Minotti is kind, gentle but direct, and highly intelligent. Many of the specialists that we have been to are brilliant but arrogant, abrasive, and condescending. Not Dr. Minotti. He has been so great with my mom who has a paralyzing fear of doctors and medicine and who struggles to communicate clearly. He really put her at ease and helped her make serious progress on some issues that she has been dealing with for 40 years. The staff is very kind and helpful. Dr. Minotti is one of our favorite doctors. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of an ENT.

Dr Minotti is AMAZING!!!! So glad we were referred here. My son had to have his tonsils removed. We were very informed from our original visit about everything. No second guessing. Very straight forward and to the point. He's there every step of the way and wonderful bed side manners as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Minotti for eight years are more. Dr. Minotti is great doctor , i was having dizziness and inner ear that went on for six months after being seen by and Audiologist at Winston with no results someone told me about Dr. Minotti and he has been a light at the end of a tunnel for me. He diagnosed my problem on first visit and has been able to treat me for menieres disease and i only go for yearly visits now. Have recommended several people to him and they all are as pleased as I have been.

After seeing multiple general physicians for a persistent ear problem preventing daily normalcy, I made an appointment with Dr. Minotti. As someone who is in healthcare well over a decade, I can’t convey enough how amazing Dr. Minotti is. I have struggled with sinus issues for years, but 2018 was the worst. I relented and finally went to an ENT, Dr. Minotti, after having utilized urgent care relentlessly. Not bashing urgent care here, but different specialization folks.

Dr. Minotti sat me down after having examined me and explained a care plan to attack the massive amounts of infection that resided within my sinus cavities. He was open and honest about that plan and its success rate.

Continually throughout the care plan progress was made, but in the end, enough of the infection and blockages existed that it was necessary to surgically open those sinus cavities.

Amazing results, no old school packing folks (BIG WIN!).

Now for the details of the surgery. Surgery was smooth as silk. I don't remember a thing hahah. Dr. Minotti came out and discussed care and how things went with my significant other immediately following the surgery. When I came to, I felt good enough to begin answering work emails, taking care not to make any big decisions for 24 hrs. ;)

Surgical follow-ups have been going well, tweaking my routine with sinus rinses, etc. Coaching me on taking care of my sinuses, and as always, his staff are always helpful and the day before call notices for appointments are nice when life is hectic.

On a personal note, if you want to be treated nice, and know what is going on and why it is going on, visit Dr. Minotti and his staff. I'm glad that I did.
