Freeman Gas Franklin Office

Freeman Gas in Franklin has pulled through a number of times to help with tank replacements and routine fill-ups. I've been pleased with their professionalism on the phone, by email and when they come out in person. When they replaced my tank they took care of all the small details in advance and the installers were very capable. On the occasion that I get to talk with the delivery driver, he's always friendly, enthusiastic and clearly knows what he's doing and is capable. I am happy that I chose Freeman Gas and support them with 2 thumbs up.

I am building a new home in Cashier's NC, after being a customer for 10 plus years I know i will not be shopping anywhere else. I was in Franklin today so I stopped in the store. Great selection and helpful staff. Only complaint is that they book several months out to have someone even give an estimate to run the line.

A small propane tank size is like one you would have for a grill.

Came out quick to assess the situation. When we realized we had to order a completely new hot water heater we were stressed out about the current supply chain issues. Jeremy got us a quote fast and a rush shipment. We had hot water within 4 days of ordering the new hot water heater!! Highly recommend!!

Whether it pertained to refilling our home tank, repairs to electronics or purchases, the company is fair, punctual and very responsive. You’re treated like family.

I bought two heaters from Freeman gas company in Franklin. Use the heaters for several months. I was not happy with them. Freeman gas exchange them for two more expensive heaters at no charge. They are a first class business. I will happily continue to use them for all my heating needs.

These folks are a 5 star operation. When I am in town or out of town everything is done. Tell them one time what you need and its done. As everyone knows you have to call most 5 or 6 times and then maybe get something done. Everyone in the office and in the trucks are outstanding and set a great example of how a business should be. We never ask how much knowing we will be treated right. Even when you have a question they are always there to help. Thank you for outstanding service.

I got the fillup the same day that I applied after being very cold. Nice to see a Christian response to what you need. Hard of hearing and they are working with me by using cell messaging and email. Great company!

Tried to get an estimate for an install but after calling multiple times in a two month period and being forwarded to a voice mail every time we gave up and went with some one else. I do not recommend this company for installs. I will say they are competitively priced and quick on there BBQ tank refills.

Edit: In regards to the owners reply, can you provide me with an email for further correspondence. If not then yes it was the Franklin, NC office. The lady that answered the phone kept transferring me to some guys number and at the time it would go to a voice mail or maybe she would just take a note. I honestly can't remember this was back a few months back.

I won a gas grill from freeman gas at the County far. The day that they came out they were very nice, because they were trying to get us to sign a contract for gas delivery. That was the last time we has good customer service for the next 7 years. The technicians are nice enough, but the people that run the office are some of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. The only company worrse in Macon County is frontier internet. If I see a comment on this about how sorry you are, I will find you on every review sight that I can find and leave this same review. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.
