Love the food and the service. My family came in late and the food was great and they served us and treated us great.

One of the best kfcs for their famous fried chicken. We got the extra crispy an unlike many kfcs minus a few our chicken was hot not greasy and had a really good texture and flavor. I was extra surprised considering it was one of those restaurants serving taco bell and kfc which usually tend to have cruddy fried chicken from my experiences.

Great food friendly service

After my experience on 8/18/22 I had to do an update.

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch and the man running the show was amazing. I hadn't seen him in there before so I don't know if he is the new manager or the DM or what, but he knows his stuff. He is definitely what that place needed. An amazing manger he was friendly and helpful to his customers and his staff. He has a big personality and commanding presence, when his staff needed help he was right there ready and when one girl didn't know what to do he was soft spoken and did not call attention to her. I have not seen such great management skills in action in a long time. He was all over the kitchen and dinning room making sure everyone has everything they need. He was not scared to jump in when needed. He is what every manger should strive to be. Just amazing!!! I give him a 10 out of 10 would love to see him in action again.

Went inside and ordered a very large meal for a family of 12. I was impressed with the customer service, speed my order was completed, the accuracy was perfect, and the food was hot, fresh, and filling! Will definitely be back!! The employees and staff that was working when I was there on Sunday August 1, 2021 at around 12 noon deserve a raise and special recognition for their hard work. They would make Colonel Sander proud! Great teamwork!

This Cashier, BobbiJo in the pic below demonstrated Excellent Customer service...She was bubbly, professional, humble and offered options when I was indecisive.. I could hear the smile in her voice thur the drive thur mike ...Williamston, NC KFC did good today!!!

Love the service that my grandson and I for tonight. They helped take my grandson to where we were going to eat. After we finished eating, my car would NOT start and they told me if I needed anything to please let them know. I had a wonderful dinner and above and beyond Customer service. I will recommend the KFC/Taco Bell in Williamston a wonderful place to come. Thank you all for helping me out tonight!! Thank you, Tina

The majority of reviews here are by very angry, very small people with no idea how it really works. Half the “pictures” feature tables from other KFCs and the majority of “reviews” are people complaining that at late night, they don’t want to wait (30 mins to cook chicken, less than at the house but still normal) or want to understand that if 16pc comes in a bag and someone takes 4 wings, that’s the entirety of the wings but leaves everything else.
The “Taco Bell” part is just as misleading. But the majority of people that make reviews do so with negativity rather than if they just enjoyed the food. It’s flawed at the base of the review system smh 🤦‍♀
Basically just come and eat and trust that it’s not horrible, if you are a total critic and just have to complain and be heard that’s totally fine but Apple Bees might be better for your obviously high brow tastes. If you want to spend five dollars on a whole meal, come here.

I had to wait for them to cook my chicken; therefore it was very hot when I got it. Just the way I like it. They gave me extra for the wait!

When you came in there it was nice and cool and the people greeted you friendly and you had enough space where you didn't have to worry about contacting the coronavirus the food was excellent

Everything was very good. Not many people there, but wasn't lunch time. Very fast service.

Famous Bowls and Pot Pies are delicious. If you prefer, you can order Bowls with green beans instead of corn.

This is my favorite place to go to in Williamston since Griffin's shut down for good, the food here was delicious. Love this place.

It's 2 in 1. I can have tacos my husband can get chicken. Or we can get both. And I can have a biscuit. Love it.
