I am highly satisfied, with the care I get at this office. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Bobbie Hurst, is amazing. Very easy to talk to, she listens to me and is eager to help me with my health issues. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs a Neurologist.

Everybody is so nice and caring. They all listen to what you have to say. Doctor Meadows is the best doctor I've been to he's caring.

Bobbi Hurst is the best ever at giving shots. Most of the time I don't feel the needles at all and I get them in my face. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a neurologist.

I have been to several neurologists in the greater Piedmont area trying to find one knowledgeable in CIDP. Dr. Meadows has been most attentive listening but is also well versed in the treatment of this rare disease. The office staff is always courteous, helpful, and professional. Dr. Meadow's and his entire staff are very knowledgeable in the treatment of migraines. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that i am comfortable.

The office staff is very helpful and when new insurance wouldn’t authorize medication they went through the extra review with them it took a little but got medication back on track for my husband CIDP treatments.

Mostly helpful but extremely difficult to get on the phone during business hours. Started calling Friday evening at 3:30 and never got an answer, only the voice-mail. To say this is inconvenient would be a tremendous understatement.

I went to the satellite office in Mt. Airey for treatment of Bell's palsy. Physical therapy was recommended, which was helpful. Unfortunately, though, no testing was done to get at the cause of my problem. Subsequent testing by a primary care provider. revealed Lyme disease and a tumor on a parotid gland; both are serious conditions that can cause Bell's palsy. Bell's palsy is a neurolgical disorder, and it seems extrardinarily negligent that a specialist did not order basic tests that would have resulted in more timely diagnosis and treatment of my underlying problems. Before writing this review, I called the office to discuss these matters before writing a review that would be published online. You would think that when a provider in your practice has missed a potentially lethal condition, someone would be concerned enough to call back promptly. Guess not. It is one thing to make critical mistakes; human beings are not perfect. Negligence reaches a whole other level when there is a lack of concern about following up on serious omissions.

Terrible . The worst experience of my life with a neurology department. Staff was extremely rude and the actual Dr was unprofessional. They seemed to have no knowledge about migraine headaches ( the whole reason I was refferred to them)
