She’s very down to earth, transparent and truly likes to build a connection with her customers. Her customer service is over the top!! I will always choose this company because of her!!

Stephanie provided first class service when discussing my newly rates. I have been with State Farm for 6 months and I have had no issues. The new rates were great no major changes and she was upfront and honest about the rates. She also let me know of the ways I could reduce the bill even more. Best insurance experience ever!!! Felix is so kind and helpful and saved me a ton of money bundling home and auto insurance. He helped customize a coverage plan so I had everything I wanted covered for the lowest price possible. State farm give this man a raise!

Stephanie was great! I had got a car over the weekend and was suppose to call to get it added but luckily she called me and already had all the information and just needed me to confirm it! Blanca Ortega was very helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance review today. She took her time and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions with every day examples that helped me understand if I wanted to include or exclude any other coverage. Felix Quiroz Jr. was such a great rep to work with! I called needing renter's insurance at 4pm on a Friday and Felix was kind, informative, and very helpful! We will be using their services again for sure!

Great experience with State Farm especially with Felix overall. He is absolutely wonderful, very professional (with personal touch), and he knows what he's doing. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you like 24/7. If he knows he can deliver, he will not stop. He followed up and followed through, especially if he knows he can give you a better deal. He really care about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he live in. Susan Alexander was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly while assisting us in updating our policy among other things. The level of care and concern was above and beyond and I have only had positive experiences with Susan.
