The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

So I came in with an existing injury and this staff was AMAZING! Canceling my work trip was not an option. This staff went above and beyond offering ice packs, ice, security offering to carry my belongings to my room. The Backstage Grill staff, huge shout out to Nick and Kara, provided ice packs while I had food and beverage in their establishment, sent me to the room with full ice buckets so I wouldn't have to stop or go back to the ice machine and general peace of mind. The front desk staff helped with luggage issues, transportation and extra bags to make ice packs. I am so very glad that I was moved by the group to this location. I would 100% recommend this hotel over the Gaylord everything to every traveler. The beds were new and comfortable, like amazing comfortable, pillows were like clouds. There is some painting/face-lift work going (week of April 8, 2024) on but the construction workers were always respectful and aware of any guests. I would highly recommend this facility to any of my family, friends and followers!

I seen a lot of negative reviews before I stayed over this past weekend. We had a great stay with zero complaints. It is not dated by any means. Our rooms were nice, the pool was clean and nice, and I will definitely return here to stay. The staff were so welcoming upon arrival and whenever we would return from a day out. Tatyana made check out a breeze and ensured we enjoyed our stay

A nice clean hotel with decent space on the rooms (and good air conditioning). There is an indoor pool and spa within the middle of the hotel which is unusual, but I enjoyed it!

A lady in our group booked our rooms without having read the reviews. So when I found out where we would be staying I read the reviews just before we left for our Ladies trip, and I was disappointed by the reviews that I read, they were pretty discouraging. But when we checked in and got our rooms they were nice and clean, and the people behind the desk were courteous and friendly. No one in our group of 17 were disappointed with their room. The shuttle took us to and from the Gaylord Hotel to see the Christmas lights, and it ran every 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't understand negative reviews. They have obviously undergone a major renovation. Everything looks new, except the low toilets. Clean, nice staff and very comfy beds. Near Opry, shopping, freeway etc.

Sad to say they are a stickler to no breaks for cancellations due to weather ! My check in was/is Sat Jan 20, 2024 afternoon, I just called 8am Jan 18th to cancel due to the cold icy roads coming on Sat but they don’t care if it’s unsafe, policy says 72 hours prior, they need to add “No exceptions” in their provided confirmations!
I called back and spoke to Carlos F. In Nashville location and he reached out and was to get approval of my cancellation and no penalty fee being charged.

What can I say about the Opryland Hotel... I proposed to my beautiful wife in front of this stunning hotel 18 years ago, and I'm pretty sure the ambiance of the hotel helped seal the deal. I love this hotel, and cherish every moment spent in its grand gardens and romantic holiday settings. We brought our daughters here this year, and they have fallen in love with the hotel too. I can't recommend the Opryland Hotel enough, it will truly change your life!

Great employees make companies great. The younger check in person on Saturday 9/2, embodies that mentality. She was multitasking, fielding multiple groups, calls, and still gave my wife and I incredible attention. She embodies the Marriott principles and deserves recognition. She had recommendations for us, feedback, and made us feel welcomed at every step of the way. I was very impressed. A great employee can make any property, any stay, feel special, because they show they care. I didn’t get her name, but definitely wish I did. I would have called ambassador customer service and ensured they were aware of the top notch staff here.

We had a very nice time at this hotel. Very close to some sites and not a bad drive to downtown, however find a closer option if you want to be close to downtown. Has a lovely large indoor pool and jacuzzi. Towels provided. Rooms are nice and include a mini fridge, coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer, and a spacious enough set up. Didn't love the pillows but the beds were great. Would recommend it and would go again. Some rooms are facing outside while others are on the interior. Also, our group had a breakfast prepared and they had the best hotel eggs I've ever had. Also had lots of fresh fruit, bagels and breads, bacon, and drinks. Otherwise, there was a small Cafe available for breakfast drinks and muffins. I believe there's also a restaurant on site but we didn't go. Consider Cracker Barrel right across the street and a gas station liquor mart for bottled waters and snacks if needed.

We recently stayed here for two nights for Christmas. Very good experience. Rooms were clean and fresh. Very quiet. Affordable.

The third time back, I love the place—three indoor atriums for winter visits.

A great place for the holiday season. An artificial but excellent holiday theme park within the hotel premises! Magical experience!! Must visit during holiday season. It is free to visit

Not much to look at from the outside, but the inside is very nice and clean. The rooms are modern and clean as well.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. It was a very comfortable and cozy hotel. Sure its not as extravagant as the Opry resort next door, but for the price it was worth it. The only downside was the fact we were close to the elevator so it was a little noisy at times, but we will definitely be back again.

We LOVED our stay SO MUCH that we stayed an extra night. They made sure we could keep the same room. Very friendly staff!!! Location is AWESOME as the Willie Nelson Museum is nearby as well as Cooter’s Garage & Opry Mills Mall. Short ride to get downtown if you want to see those sights. The pool was clean!! & SO WARM! We loved it! We did have an inside room, not sure if it mattered much. If we go back, we will try an outside room for comparison. There was a lot of commotion in the night at one point & the front desk handled it for us. Overall GREAT STAY!!!

Very nice vacation hotel not many disturbances very clean and tidy all staff were nice and polite and getting around was easy unlike other hotels I've visited.

Great location with rates! Only complaint was that there was someone in the room next to us smoking outside their room and the smoke could be smelled at our room.

Everything was above average from customer service to room service and the restaurant was so good we ate dinner there every night of our four night stay. I would recommend this hotel absolutely! Indoor pool, hot tub, live music in the restaurant in the evenings. Food had great flavor! Way to go management.....Awesome!

Listen, this place is close to the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland resort, mall, Nashville Palace...Broadway is 11-13 mins away. Parking down town is pricey, but I can give you a tip if you're willing to walk it, not terrible. The hotel is clean, and the staff was accommodating! It common areas are a little outdated, but fine. We used the gym, which was adequate and functional. They have cots, and using the app was simple and very convenient to text the front desk staff! One piece of advice, if you are in the colder traveling times, book an inside room. I am not sure if that is more experience. Reason: If you like walking from the pool or hot tub to your and freeze great! Book outside.

Very spacious. Friendly staff. Rooms are kinds hard to find. Lots of walking.
