Chris Miles and his team were very competent, professional, and compassionate. They showed up on a moments notice and packed up and moved our items with care. I engaged Revitalife for mold remediation in my crawl space following a home inspection. Throughout the entire journey, Jesse and his remarkable team exhibited an exceptional blend of diligence, empathy, budget consciousness, and top-notch craftsmanship. Their communication was consistently prompt and attentive, and their unwavering commitment to achieving a positive outcome was evident, even in the face of multiple hurdles. Notably, I must commend Jared, the skilled contractor responsible for the reconstruction of our bathroom subsequent to the alarming discovery of a substantial leak. Kudos to Jesse, Jared, and the Revitalife team for making a stressful situation better.

On May 16th, 2023 I came home from work to find my condo flooded from the upstairs unit's water heater that had busted. This was an extremely stressful and unsettling experience. Revitalife's owner and another employee were on site very quickly and immediately went to work assisting in the water damage/cleanup/recovery period and instantly gave me a sense of calm and peace. The crew that showed up the next morning were so compassionate and kind and worked extremely hard. I could tell immediately they are very thorough, truly cared for me and honestly feel they are my only and main advocate at this point. The only peace I have for now is that Revitalize will be with me for the whole process until my home is restored. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and concern and help through out this situation! I hope no one ever needs their services but if they do they will not regret using Revitalife!!

These guys were amazing. From the owner down. Chris the owner was very professional and understood that it was an emergency. He had his guys at my house in no time. How can I start this off? Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our hot water heater bursted and flooded some of the areas in our home. Our insurance company recommended them to us and took a chance. I’m glad we did! They came in resolved the problem and treated our home for mold. They done such a great job that we decided to stick with them to get our baseboards,painting and flooring done by them also. This company has really shown how loyal and dedicated they are in pleasing their customers. Daniel and Jesse done a great job of presenting themselves professionally as going above and beyond their duties . These guys were easy to work with and that made it easy for me because i have dealt with a bad company and their employees in the past. . But not with these guys they were awesome! The communication was excellent because they will call you and keep returning to the your home to make sure everything is going as planned to accommodate your needs .I’m very impressed with their work to the point I will continue with on future projects with this company. Oh let’s not forget Hannah! She has done a great with the transactions with our insurance company which also made it easy for us. Absolutely outstanding company! I cannot provide a high enough level of praise for Revitalife. I had a large amount of water damage in my home and Revitalife made a daunting situation completely stress free by taking care of everything from remediation to repairs. Daniel was so friendly and kept me informed every step of the way while handling my insurance company, setup of new flooring and paint, and various other things. Hannah made dealing with my mortgage company a breeze and was so easy to work with. The contents team executed pack out and move back seamlessly; they went above and beyond to help me get settled into my home once repairs were completed. Every single individual I interacted with at Revitalife was so kind and had a genuine desire to help. I could not have asked for anyone better to handle this for me. Revitalife was amazing. We had to move out of our house due to hurricane damage and they handled everything. My husband and I have two children and 20 years worth of “stuff” in our house that had to be moved out. They handled everything. Having your life’s belongings moved out of your home is a traumatic experience. The staff at Revitalife was compassionate and made sure to support us every step of the way. When our belongings came back, they had all been neatly cleaned and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone in our situation.

We were very pleased with Revitalife. They handled all issues with the insurance co and kept us informed during the process. Their work was very well done, and all of their staff were courteous and professional. We would definitely call on them again.

The Wednesday night, the week before my wedding, my downstairs ceiling fell in due to a slow leak in my laundry room. I immediately called Chris Miles and asked for his help. He came over first thing the next morning to assess the damages and take photos. He knew the stress I was under with my entire family coming and took full control of the situation. He worked directly with my insurance agent, Jacob Allen, and had his fantastic guys at my house that same day to start the demo and dry the floor/ceiling for 3 rooms that the leak compromised. He had the guys seal off all the other rooms so they would not be affected by the demo due to my family coming. They started repairs the following Monday once the ceiling/floor dried and had everything completed, new drywall, moldings, and paint for the upstairs & downstairs as well as completely cleaned up by the time I got back from my honeymoon.

I cannot stress how much I appreciated the quick responsiveness, communication, attention to detail and the fact that they worked around my work/planning schedule to make it happen! I would give them more than just 5 stars if the reviewed allowed!!!! I highly recommend Revitalife!

Working with RevitaLife has been a very rewarding experience. Due to the fact I live out of the state my number one request at the start of this project was that there be constant, clear, and precise communication. My expectations were exceeded. Upon completion of the job the real test was about to go into full affect, my mother-in-law was about to inspect the premises. Through the process I was receiving pictures to show me what was going on however, if you’re not there in person there is a sense of apprehension.
