The Commons at Pembroke

I love our new apartment. The gym is the best part. I can work out with my friends and not have to really leave home to do it. The ladies in the office are always nice. I also met some cool people who helped us move in, no questions asked. It's like I have a huge new extended family—something I never really had.

I just moved into Commons, but my experience so far has been excellent! I moved into an apartment with new paint and clean floors and the staff in the office has been friendly and helpful since before I even signed my lease. Having an office staff that is friendly and willing to help with any problems will make living here as stress-free as possible once classes start.

Good management team! The renovations are amazing and I’m glad they’re doing stuff to improving the property. It’s looking a lot better. The clubhouse feels brighter and more inviting when needing to go to talk to someone.

This place is really nice and the property manager is very respectful. The pool is clean and i rarely have issues.

Definitely good management and super helpful all the time

Kendra Sharpe professionally set me up for success moving into commons, she made sure everything was great and all set and gave me security that everything will be handled. She was the determining factor of my decision to move here !

I have no complaints about living in Commons. Maintence staff were always swift any time I put a request in. Office staff was always friendly and the rent is reasonable.

Close to UNCPembroke great for students.

These Apts are really cheap in pricing!
