Pembroke Pointe Apartments

This is a great place with great people. There is always friendly people at the front desk with food and drinks. The pool is the spot and good people have a good time there. The 24/7 hour access to the gym is also clutch. Being able to live with my dog is also a plus. I’d recommend to anybody wanting to live walking distance to food lion and campus.

My daughter lives there and she loves it. Has enjoyed being close to school, but yet having the amenities of apartment living, pool, separate areas, no hall monitors, just to name a few. Also, being able to have her dog, that was the final check mark for her! PLUS My girl Shaylee has pretty good taste and is sweet as can be, Pembroke Pt. Apt.'s are the best!

Pembroke Pointe Apartments is the best place to live. They have so many great amenities and truly care that their residents are in the best hands. Shaylee Falder is a great staff member and helps me out a lot with what I need. I am very satisfied with the community and my amazing apartment!

Pointe is the best off campus housing in the area. I love the pool, 24 hour gym, and upgrades to my apartment. The application and leasing process went super smooth for me. The prices are definitely reasonable and competitive. I also love all the events they do for their residents!

Pointe is a pretty good place to live, have had issues but they have all been fixed promptly. Shaylee in the office has been the most helpful for me and really makes pointe feel like my home. She is always so helpful and friendly even when I run into her outside of the office.

My experience was great. The staff was very helpful when I moved my daughter into her apartment. The staff will work you through any and all the paperwork. They were able to answer all my questions that I had at the time.Maintenance is always on top the request. We had put in a request and the work was completed within 48 hours.

I love living at Pointe! The staff and management have always been so kind and helpful! The effort they give to make the living environment fun and engaging for residents, and the fast maintenance response makes this an excellent place to live. I live in a spacious 4 bedroom and it has been so nice to live off campus and have so much more room. Management here is 10 times better than housing and residence life was at UNCP! I love this place!

My sister, shaylee, loves it here. She was very excited when she was telling me and my wife all about it. It's a very nice place, that looks safe and cozy. The pool is a great extra amenity too!

Amazing apartments to be at! They keep the place clean and cozy, and welcoming! Safe environment. Late on this review but I just wanted to note about this place, move in day and tours with shaylee falder everything seemed very nice!

This is such a very nice place with friendly people at the front desk with welcoming smiles. I really appreciate Shaylee F. postive/upbeat attitude, for all the information, help to my questions and for showing me around. I love that they have a pool and allow pets! Pembrooke gives off an amazing atmosphere! I recommend this place for sure!

I have lived here for 3 years now and I have loved living at Pointe! It is far enough from campus to not get a bunch of noise pollution but it is close enough for a beautiful walk in the morning. It is also very close to all of the stores and restaurants in the area which is nice. I stay in a 1 bedroom here and it is really great quality! I have plush carpet, pretty wood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. I am LOVING this apartment!

Laura was excellent. She got me into my apartment in a timely manner with no issues. Great price with even better perks. The management team is second to none. If you’re looking for a place go to Pointe ask for Laura and tell them Willie sent you.

I am an out of state student I didn’t know anything about Pembroke Nc. I asked Raven what recommendations she had for off campus living and she told me Pointe. This was the best decision I made it is close to campus and they have wonderful amenities if you need a place to stay I recommend Pembroke Pointe

Pembroke Pointe apartments is an awesome place to stay. The staff is friendly. the location is perfect, and the rooms are reasonably priced. Laura Daniels, the property manager, is eager to help residents feel at home at their new apartment. I loved that they accommodated pets, and they even have a dog park! 10/10 would recommend :)

I have had the opportunity to witness how management and its team operates from a visitor's perspective and all I can say is, I look forward to making Pointe my new home in August. Even though you all were busy at work, I was able to observe you in action working hard to get the apartments ready for the new leasing term. I even experienced an awesome interaction as I was helping a friend move when one of your team members took time late at night to come and assist with moving a large piece of furniture, she wouldn't be able to move herself. He did so swiftly, professionally, and with ease, even set it up for her in her new location. If that's not customer service, I don't what is. No one on your team was arguing but happy and very busy. Your hard work will pay off and the work environment you are creating for your staff is priceless! Keep up the good work and I look forward to joining the community soon!!!

I was nervous about sending my daughter away from home for the first time. I shouldn't have worried, the apartments are safe and there seem to be frequent updates. I appreciate that the management maintains a clean. tidy environment. The manager was so kind when my daughter was unclear about an issue, I am glad she took the time to make the transition of living in her own apartment easier. We will be renewing for her sophomore year. She and her roommate want to keep the same apartment, the manager said she will make sure that happens. Very happy we chose Pembroke Pointe.

I was a little about my son moving on his own for the first time. But after visiting his apartment and seeing the clubhouse I felt a lot better. The rooms are spacious and the maintenance of the grounds are kept clean. The office staff are always friendly and eager to help. Thank you!

I must say that I was very impressed with the staff at Pembroke Pointe. I was warmly welcomed and felt at home. Thanks so much Chanea and staff for giving me a great experience. I look forward to calling Pembroke Pointe home!!

Looking for housing can be a bit overwhelming but not at PP apartments. I really liked all of the amenities and I am considering calling Pembroke Point home. The staff is very professional and eager to help.

I have had a great experience living at Pembroke Pointe! I previously lived at The Commons at Pembroke and to anyone reading this, DO NOT LIVE AT COMMONS. Pembroke pointe has a way better maintenance team, their staff is very friendly and helpful (I especially recommend talking to Kassidy she has answered any questions I have had and she goes above and beyond!). I do wish that their gym was 24 hours a day so that I could have the option to workout at night time, however, their amenities make up for it. They always have poop bags for my dogs which I appreciate because when I lived at commons there were never poop bags and the trashcan was always overflowing with animal waste. Also, at pointe, the maintenance team is ALWAYS on that golf cart working! If you submit a request for something to be fixed, THEY ARE ON IT! To anyone coming to UNCP and living in an apartment for the first time this is so important to have! I did not realize how much a good maintenance team would impact my living experience! The complex is well kept and overall I cannot say enough good things about Pointe. I want to again give a shoutout to Kassidy! Her friendly attitude and great customer service is really appreciated and I am so glad that I can feel comfortable asking questions or getting information when I need it. Overall, even though pointe is a little pricey in comparison to other places to live, I am glad that I signed my lease and I would suggest living here if you are a UNCP student looking for off campus housing.
