SITEX

After 15 years with New Day they sold out to Sitex. For the first few months they missed deliveries and no showed alot. I stuck with them trying to give them the benefit of growing pains. Today they came in and told me I was a big enough customer to keep and next week will be my last week. I guess small business isnt important to them and I guess they didnt think to maybe send someone around and try to up sell me or try to explain what we could do to keep doing business together. Granted I am not a huge customer but I pay my bill months in advance and didnt just jump ship when their service was total trash. This company has showed it true colors and I highly recommend to find ANYONE else!!!
