Wonderful experience today! I walked in with two big packages to be dropped off, and as soon as the clerk saw me he directed me to a place on the counter where I could leave them without having to wait. He made my day.

THANK YOU to Porsha for helping me today. I came in without labels, with the wrong labels put on my packages, and more... She patiently helped me get everything I needed squared away with a kind & compassionate attitude. Porsha is definitely the person you want helping you for any sort of customer service... Big props.

Today was the first time in a long time I had to come to the post office in a long time. They have new employees that are awesome and very helpful!

I'm gonna throw in a positive review to cut some of the negativity. The mail boxes in my apartment complex got broken into so we have to pick up our mail from this location. They are clearly understaffed and doing the best the can. Every single time I come here there is a long line and all of the customers have a horrible attitude and are rude to the employees. I feel so bad for them so I try to be pleasant. I have had no issues with this location and if something of yours goes missing it's not the fault of the people at the front desk so please try to leave your attitudes in the parking lot!

I was flooded out of my apartment and all of our mail was automatically held for pick up here. I see the same 2 workers, and both work very hard at their job! The last time I stopped in, there were a couple of guys that didn't speak english well and they phoned a friend and that person spoke with the guy behind the counter. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location, and the guy and gal I see working there do their level best to help! Thank you! :)

Y'all know there's still a nationwide worker shortage right? Ease up on your postal workers, cashiers, waitresses and other service workers because most are doing the best they can with what they have been provided. This has been my post office for the last decade and I've had very few issues with them and although they may not be the friendliest, most are just as competent at their job as other USPS workers at other locations.

I never have any issue with this Post Office. Very efficient, helpful and professional. Only once have I stood in line during lunch time on a weekday, which was typical as anyone tries to ship during their lunch hour. With the line moving quickly and additional help from the rear of the post office, I was out of their in now time. I appreciate the Nolensville Post Office and Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Thanks to Ms. Woods and Mr. Lopez I received my package after eight days of waiting for a re-delivery. After a lot of calls, going through their process, the women who handles re-delivery during the day shift said she couldn't find it and I should "file a claim". That same evening I called again, Ms. Woods found it in less than 3 minutes. Wow!! What a difference in attitude. I cant say anything positive about the day shift employee or her manager! Thank you Mr. Lopez for going out of your way to re-deliver my package!! The five stars go to the two excellent employees' at this branch and any others who have a great work ethic.

I was in the post office for 5 minutes. Every customer in there demanded help. All three women were kind and patient.

I am giving this office a five star rating because of the fantastic staff, especially a young man named Chris working there. He helped me find three letters I mailed without stamps (my mistake). We got the letters and were able to add the postage. Thnx again to the wonderful folks working there.

Sketchy location but open 24/7 for po box and self help kiosk access. The postage machine is not user friendly, gets jammed, wish it took cash... Wish there was more free flat rate boxes sitting out, but you get the feeling that anything not nailed down would get stolen here, LoL
Manager is great helped with lost package.
There's a big line only at obvious times. Usually 2, max 3 workers/registers. But they're patient despite the looming line and the many unprepared customers who need tape, custom forms, etc...
It's just a place I like to go, thankfully because I ship a lot for ebay

I went here to pick up a package that I had to sign for, and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The clerk was very friendly and fast. The line was short (perhaps because it was Good Friday), and I was out in about 5 minutes.

Super folks here, always so nice. To the negative nancies: be nice to the kind people at the desk and you’ll get it right back! This is my go to usps and it’s been great for years.
