I found J D’s upholstery on accident after a recommended upholster fell through. I am so pleased that I did! From the very beginning everyone that I communicated with (over the phone or by email) was very professional and kind. I had 6 dining room chairs and a leather “Eames” style chair to be reupholstered. The quote was thoroughly itemized so I knew exactly what to expect. My name was put on a waiting list. The work took about 10 days to complete. When I picked everything up I was extremely pleased with the work. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I wish I could list everyone that I dealt with, I’ll just say that EVERYONE was kind, professional and skilled at their work. Thank you J D’s Upholstery!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the upholstery job. I had a recliner cushion reupholstered, and it is perfect! Carrie Ann spent more than sufficient time carefully matching the cushion vinyl with the leather chair. The upholstery job is simply excellent. As stated, an all round perfect job. I knew it would take time to order the materials and then labor for completion, so I was quite surprised when contacted to pick up my completed cushion before the allotted time. I would recommend JD’s Upholstery to anyone.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! We’ve used JD’s as a family for many years and when it came time to having them reupholster these chairs there was no question where to go.

These La-Z-Boy chairs were bought in the 80s by my parents and we decided to have them recovered for use in our nursery. They worked SO QUICKLY and the quality is incredible.

When we got one of the chairs home there was a small issue and they came and picked it up the next day and got it back to us within 2 days. Their customer service is amazing on top of everything else.

I can not be any happier with the work JD's upholstery did on our chaisse lounge!! I mean it was in BAD BAD BAD shape and looks like a new piece of furniture now!! And the price they charged was so fair and affordable - I definitely recommend them and already have to other people. This will be my go-to-place for upholstery. I also have to say the fabric store that they are located in is wonderful and has a wide range of fabrics to offer and the ladies working there were very nice and helpful!!

Absolutely incredible quality upholstery. What these people can do is amazing. They did eight pieces of furniture for me and it’s absolutely beautiful. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it in the whole process was professional from beginning to end. I am incredibly picky. I want my furniture to look like it came from the furniture show room. Not only did they do that, they reworked a couple of older pieces and updated them. I cannot say enough good things about these people. The quality and service is unbeatable. Absolutely worth every dollar.

J D's Upholstery re-covered a chair and bench for me in December. They were able to pick up the furniture even quicker than first estimated. When the furniture was returned, both pieces looked wonderful. I am very happy with the quality of their work. Planning to have a love seat and rocker covered next. Also.... they were easy to work with when I needed to set a time for pick up and delivery. Very good experience.

This is a class professional operation with small town exceptional service and attention. Found my fabric at their store, Fabric Gallery, due to excellent service of the clerk who pointed out the bolt to me. She mentioned JD could provide a quote for the reupholstery.. The quote was very reasonable and the end product is outstanding. My beautiful contemporary piece looks better than new. They stick by their word on timing, delivery, arrival and do not disappoint. We can’t say enough about jd upholstery. From start to finish customer service is their top priority. Communication between us was amazing keeping us informed every step of the way. Their finished product was impeccable. We are incredibly pleased with our new sofa. We ended up saving us hundreds of dollars by simply reupholstering it. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The employees are very helpful, and the prices is very affordable. I love the work they did, on my couch. I love the timely manner it was done it. I also love the store, and how I can look around to pick out the materials that I need. I would recommend this store to anyone that wants too save money, by getting their favor items Upholstered. My experience with JD's was very positive. Fabric Store had a wonderful selection of affordable fabrics to choose from. I had to wait several weeks for JD's but it was worth the wait. They showed up on time to pick up the sofa and completed the work as planned. Before completion, they gave me the opportunity to come in and see if I wanted additional cushion work before finishing the job, explaining clearly the process, outcome, and cost. Sofa is beautiful, work exceeded my expectations, and I believe the price was fair. Will use them again.

JD's Upholstery did an AWESOME job reupholster my two wing back chairs from fabric to leather.

I have not necessarily experienced their actual services. However, Mr. James & Mrs. Jennifer saw my daughter and me, on foot, trudging through the snow with bags of heavy groceries for our home and our neighbors. They obviously care about other people because they did not drive pass us; instead they gave us a ride. Our community has not been plowed and our neighbors who are seniors and also Veterans were snowed in. I made sure to tell them about these great people in a world where many people forget how to help others. Thank you for your help and your service. We appreciate you. P.S. They asked for nothing.

I am an interior designer, and JD's is my go-to fabric shop and upholstery workroom. They are friendly, communicative, reasonably priced, and do beautiful work! They recently made a tailed slipcover for a client's sectional and it is amazing; you would never believe the piece is slipcovered. Tailored to perfection, and client is thrilled.
