I’m a Door Dash driver the owner made an extra order for a customer. They asked if I would like it…. Best decision I made all month !!!! It was a “small” (enough for 2) CBR (chicken bacon ranch) it was no doubt the best Mac I have ever eaten I will be back soon. Staff is super friendly, store is always spotless clean, huge menu. YES PLEASE !!!!!!

It was our first time there. All of the dishes were great. The server explained the vegetarian options well. Excellent service. The few minutes of waiting for the food were worth it! Highly recommend!!

First time visiting Mac City but definitely wont be the last. Good menu to choose from with many choices. I had the Mac Manzo which was excellent! My wife, who's a vegetarian, had a Mac and cheese with broccoli and plant based chicken in an Alfredo style sauce. She loved hers and I tried it also. Very good! My daughter has Mac Pizza which had a different blend of cheeses than mine with pepperoni on top. Also very good. My friend had the classic mac and he raved about how good that was also. Portion size was good, we ordered smalls. We also had cheesy fries which were very good. Judging from what I experienced, the chef uses many different blends of cheeses depending on what menu item is which makes each one unique. They aren't making a huge pot of generic Mac and cheese and then altering it with a couple ingredients to try and make it different. This place is a must for lovers of the greatest comfort food ever. It can take a little time to get your order so be patient and it's worth the wait. The woman who served us was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant decor isn't anything flashy but it was clean and comfortable.

Perfect place for those rainy New England weather with Onion rings french fries cheese Mac balls and naan. Must try app sampler with awesome shakes! Mac naan is delicious. Have small indoor seating as well! Service was great!

Absolutely amazing food!!! Tried the steak Mac and chees, Pizza Mac and Chicken parm Mac… along with BBQ wings and Garlic Nan bread! So worth the drive, will definitely be back again!!! Owners are so friendly, make you feel so welcome!

Very pleased with the food and happy to say that I will be a frequent customer to this establishment.

Initially went on a whim for my Birthday and ordered the Lasagna Mac & Cheese and was amazed by just how enjoyable the food was. The staff has been pleasant and happy every both times we have gone now. The portion size is very good and worth every penny.

This trip we ordered the Chicken Parm Mac & Cheese with a side of Nan Bread with Garlic. The pasta was cooked to a nice tender texture and as with our first visit, it was just the right temperature when it was served to us. The flavor was amazing and the chicken was just the right size. I look forward to our next visit and trying a new dish.

Cheesey!!!!! Can't wait to go back! Amazing food. Garlic Nann was so soft and warm and filled with flavor. We ordered 4 different Mac and cheese. All amazing. Chicken wings were super crispy. Fried oreo were the nest I have had. Fresh warm! Would get them all again, but not till we try more! Exceptional service. Kind, very friendly. I'm so glad we chose to try a new place today! Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Thanks again.

This place was really great with all the different varieties of Mac & cheese . The menu was extensive & had plenty of other options than just mac & cheese. I ended up getting the buffalo Mac & it was fantastic size portions were pretty good. The server was superb very friendly & inviting very helpful & it felt very cozy inside even tho it was a small place. Service is quick & I’m ver surprised as ho many people were coming doing take out. Will be back as I enjoyed everything about this place

OMG! This is mac & cheese like my Nana used to make. I had so many I wanted to try, but I settled on the cheese steak & it was absolutely amazingly delicious. We ate in. Very clean and the menu is displayed on tv screens in large print. The only issue is no bathroom.......but, you can carry out some of the macs and it only takes 4 min in the microwave. I can't wait to go back again!

Growing up I never liked Mac & Cheese until my husband and I came across mac city. Now we made a tradition that every time I get an oil change done in Franklin, it is a requirement to get a meal from Mac City.

Good luck trying to take a picture of the masterpiece. Its delicious 😋 and nearly impossible not to devour your food within 10 minutes.

They have a wide selection of Mac & Cheese. I have had the BBQ and Nashville Hot Chicken Mac both very good. I recommend ordering to pick up. They have different sizes and a couple of options. First is ready to eat and second you can order to bring home and heat up later to eat.
They used to have Mac wraps which were amazing. Please bring them back!

I found this place accidentally and my friends and I decided to check it out and we’re all so glad we did! The food and service are both amazing! They catered to my dietary needs with out hesitation! 10/10, will be coming back!!! Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I found out about this place courtesy of the website Only in Your State. As lovers of mac and cheese, it immediately went on our list of places we wanted to eat and we finally made the drive from Boston. We ended up splitting the large Buffalo mac and it was everything everybody has already said! Definitely amazed at the number of mac options they have available, as well as sandwiches and other things you might somehow desire when coming to an establishment called MAC City.
Definitely appreciate that they had their own parking area available as opposed to being forced to deal with street parking.
Give this place a visit if you're considering it.

Incredible food, even better service! I usually get the Steak 'N Cheese mac and it's unbelievable. I've had other items there and have not been disappointed. The owners and everyone who works there are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your food. I try to make it there once a week and look forward to it every time.

I’m at beyond impressed with not only the food but the hospitality. If you haven’t stopped by here, you need to! It’s a quick drive for the south wick zoo. The carbonara is my favorite. I’m buying three more to take home!!!!!

Visited Massachusetts's for a week and was looking for a place to eat after shopping nearby and came across this small shop. This was one of the best wings and macaroni bowls that I have ever eaten and I definitely recommend anyone passing in town to try, especially the habanero wings. The staff was very accommodating including Carla who made the experience wonderful.

Excellent funnel cake fries. These fries were served with strawberry sauce and whipped cream which made it even more delicious. Also a must try Nashville hot mac. And yummy Samosas shouldn't be missed.

Hubby and I had the sampler, the chicken tenders,, and the lobster Mac. The staff was very nice. The food was good, with the exception of the chicken tenders. They were a little salty. I would recommend this place and we'll be back.

Great food. Definitely a bang for your buck. Plenty of food comes with even a small order. Very quick service and the owner is a great guy. He even gave us a complimentary ice cream! 5 stars will definitely be back!

This place is amazingly delicious. I was excited to try the Tikka Masala Mac and my expectations were met and beyond. The creaminess of the masala adds to the Mac and I found myself eating the whole thing even though I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it due to the size. The staff is very friendly and had very good intentions on what they serve. I will be back and ordering more in the near future.
