Cool Springs Plastic Surgery - Nashville

I recently went and had a consult with Teresa S in the Nashville office and ended up getting a few things done. I was a new patient and had never been here before which is always nerve wracking, but the moment I got there Teresa greeted me and you would have thought I was an old friend. Teresa is so genuine, and I’m sure anyone that knows her knows exactly what I’m talking about. You just can’t fake that level of kindness, and it put my nerves completely at ease.

I brought her several things I was considering doing, but wanted her advice on what she thought. We ended up doing less than I brought up to her, because she didn’t think I needed one of the things, and the other she recommended we hold off on to see how the other injections settle (which is EXACTLY what you want from someone who’s going to be working on your face: someone who will give you advice based on their expertise and not just to make $ off you). I knew I was in great hands with her!! The whole experience was SO pleasant that there is no doubt I’ll be scheduling with her for as long as I live in the Nashville area. I could go on and on about how kind, welcoming, and helpful Teresa is, but I should also mention that the work she did on me exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with my results and they looked better than I could imagine. I ended up getting botox, chin filler, and a little jawline filler, and because I had a budget we didn’t end up using many syringes, but she was able to make a big difference with what she had to work with. I LOVE my results.

My hope is that this review gets seen by her superiors (if she has any), and she gets recognition for how great she is.

Theresa is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s professional and extremely kind. She cares about making sure you are confident before you walk out of the door and that she’s confident in her work (which is always absolutely amazing). I have had lip fillers and Botox from her. I swell a lot during the filler process so I came back a couple times and got to know her well. She is just so personable. Also the staff are awesome and will help with any questions you have before you go in and after. But Theresa will take as much time as necessary to go over care and questions.

Teresa is exceptional in her craft! Being in the medical field myself, you can definitely tell if someone is just trying to sell you stuff you do not need. The outcome of what she has done to my face is amazing. She and her team gained a forever client in me. And their prices! Very reasonable hands down♥

Dr. Sarosiek did an incredible job fixing my previous breast reduction/lift/implant surgery. I thought there wasn’t a solution to the issues. After seeing a few other surgeons, I chose Dr Sarosiek. I’m forever grateful to him. He is everything you would want in a surgeon.

Teresa administered my lip filler. She was incredibly professional, and answered any questions I could think of. She made sure I was comfortable, and the entire experience went amazingly! I recommend Teresa to everyone! I couldn’t imagine a better experience.

I know reviews for these types of services are very important so I had to share what a wonderful experience I had with Natalie Copeland today. She is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. I the biggest qualities that set providers apart are their abilities to: educate us about the services and what they do to our skin, bodies, etc. and
also how comfortable they make us feel about each procedure, ensuring there is minimal to no pain. I did micro-needling today for the first time and I cannot WAIT to go back to her in 4 weeks. My skin is already glowing from it. She gives the best advice about how to obtain the best skin possible as well as looking naturally flawless. Highly recommend.

Susan is an artist when it comes to Botox and filler! I have been seeing her for several years now, and she always knows exactly what to do to achieve the results I want. I love looking natural and young without it being obvious I've had anything done. She cares about her patients, listens to what they want, and does an absolutely fantastic job!! I would highly recommend her as she has never let me down, but always left me feeling great!

I did research for about 2 years before deciding on a surgeon for breast augmentation with lift and a tummy tuck. When I met with Dr. Papillion of Cool Springs Plastic Surgery for the first time, he by far exceeded my expectations and completely put my mind at ease. I immediately knew that I wanted him to be my surgeon for my procedure. The morning of surgery, everyone from nurses to the anesthesiologist and hospital employees were very pleasant. Along with letting me know I had made a wise decision on choosing Dr. Papillion due to his excellent work in the OR. On this day it was a life changing decision that I choose to make. I was very nervous, scared and worried but before we even went back Dr. Papillion and his nursing staff prayed with me before surgery. During my surgery he and his staff keep my family support updated and aware of how I was doing. He personally visited with my family afterwards easing their mind to let them know all has went well. The next day he came to check on my recovery and took the time to answer any questions. He always remained available at all times to me by giving me his cell phone number which I did use often cause I was overly cautious during my healing process. As well as his office staff (Leslie is awesome, very personable and always puts a smile on my face) during my recovery period I also had her cell phone number and she always reassured me. I could not be happier with my results and I would definitely use him again. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Papillion and his staff couldnt have made my experience any better!! Ive wanted breast augmentation for close to 10 years now and have researched/attended several consultations with many physicians and never felt as comfortable as I did with him and his staff. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. My biggest concern was so many physicians attempted to convince me to go bigger than I felt comfortable with and Dr Papillion nor his staff every did that, they did exactly what I asked for and never questioned what I felt was best for my own body. All the staff is very sweet, outgoing and very friendly. Every time I go into the office its like they've known me for years, its an extremely comfortable atmosphere. Dr Sarosiek did a great job removing a Lipoma for me. He has a great personality. He made me feel comfortable by patiently explaining everything. The procedure went great!
