Last minute late night check-in was handled great. Night attendant was friendly and helpful. Did not try the amenities but the indoor/outdoor pool looks fun once it is prepared for the summer.

Overall, loved my stay here, both times during our road-trip to the East coast. Clean room, fresh bed linen. I did not have to pull teeth to get extra washing towels & drying body towels. Great location to food spots.

My husband and I stay at hotels frequently. I usually don’t review them, good or bad but this one stood out to me as one that deserved a great review.
For the price, the room we got was more than expected. The room was very clean and set up nicely. We had everything we needed and then more. Nice tv, fridge, microwave, comfy pillows, nice shower. All around better bargain than most hotels in this price range. The breakfast was above average for a normal free continental breakfast. A lot of hotels don’t offer waffle makers anymore. On our way back from breakfast, we noticed a fitness center and that blew my mind.
We will be staying at this hotel exclusively when we are in this area again. Thank you Super 8 Hermitage for going above and beyond.

Location is great. Property is very clean, welcoming, and affordable.
Staff was amazing. Price you can’t beat. Super eight has been remodeled, their breakfast room was great. So glad that there is new management.

My wife and I are traveling to Gatlinburg Tennessee from Dallas Texas and had been driving all day when we decided to stop and get some rest. We drove into the super 8 hotel,went inside noticed it was very clean so we felt comfortable so I ask for the prices of the room and we decided we will stay. Then went to our room and it was absolutely stunning for a super 8. I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness and the sizes of the room. It actually had a kitchenette inside which was very impressive. So check up time I spoke with the manager by the name of Jessica who was just fabulous and very professional and told her how happy I was with my stay and she stated that it's their job to make sure that we're more comfortable than we are at home and that was more than I had ever heard from a manager so thumbs up to you and your crew. Jessica wonderful job and keep up the hard work.

Super nice staff. Apparently most of the guests in that area smoke, so you have to request a non-smoking room.

When I checked in there was a very nice young man working on his second day. I like to kid around so I had a couple joking one liners. It was a light hearted fun mood until the trainer came to the desk. She was a tough crowd. Couldn’t get her to crack a smile or anything. Way to go lady! That poor guy, he was trying to enjoy learning but you killed it. This is exactly how the new people get chased off. The upper management is stuffy and unpleasant. I hope that young man sees this. Give it your all and maybe one day you’ll have her job or even better the district or regional manager. Keep giving excellent customer service and you can’t fail. Thank you!!!

Clean nothing fancy but was clean and bathroom was clean with good water pressure, beds were comfy staff was very polite. Pool area outdoors was closed but indoors was open. Small pool but decent for kids they loved it. Breakfast was a grab and go only (muffins and oatmeal with juice and coffee).
There were homeless staying in woods near by they were supposed to be moving in few days, someone was doing something with land so they couldn't say. But they were there when we were, you could see there trades in woods if you look for them and u see people coming and going thouout day n night from woods but they were quite and keep over in there area so didn't bother us.
We would stay again.

The Super 8 by Wyndham heights the rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very good. The staff was very nice and very helpful. This is our very first time staying at a Super 8 and we were very impressed with Super 8. We would not mind staying in a Super 8 again. Our first night at a Super 8 and from never staying at one we were a little concerned as to what it would be like. But to our surprise it was really nice. They are also pet friendly. We took our little dog on our trip and there were places in Tennessee that were not pet friendly and the Super 8 was the only place that was pet friendly. One more thing DO NOT call the toll free number to.make reservations to a hotel or motel cause those people are very rude and don't seem to know what you are looking for even though you told him or her a dozen times. This person told us when I talked to him was telling us that Super 8 is NOT pet friendly but guess what it is pet friendly. They also want your credit or debit card number before you get very far and my husband and I do not like to give out our credit or debit card number out over the phone like that. We like to wait till we get to our hotel to give our credit card number. These days you can't really trust any one with your credit card number when you give it out over the phone. Yes some things you have to like if you order stuff. Well I hope who ever reads this review I hope you like it and hope you give Super 8 a chance. That's if you have never stayed at one. Please give them a try. We think you will be as impressed as we were. Enjoy.

Stayed two nights. Room clean with comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked very good as did everything in the room. Location nice. Staff very friendly especially the lady at the front desk. Pool nice and a great breakfast. Price very reasonable. We would stay here again in the future!

After having a few bad experiences at previous hotels on our vacation. This was a Wonderful experience, the staff was great, room was clean, beds clean and comfortable. Had sausage and biscuits and waffles for breakfast. Would stay here 100% again. Location within 10 to 15 miles from everything. 🤩🤩🤩👏

Breakfast was great and well stocked and the locatipn is great. Close to alot of food options and right off the highway so it is quick to get to and leave.

Did not have a single problem here. Everything here is convienent for anybody staying. Room was super clean and smelled nice. Outfitted with a bunch of soaps and coffee. Shower works good. Ice machine on 2 of the 3 floors. Fridge is cold and freezer is colder

I am so beyond pleased with my visit here! Never once have I gotten a call from the front desk shortly after arriving just to make sure we had everything we need and were satisfied. Room is comfy and clean, and the staff are professional and helpful. Want to mention Nancy at the front desk for outstanding service. Great job Super 8!

I am currently staying here for an impromptu mini vacation to Nashville Shores (we live 45 mins north in Clarksville) We are in a king non-smoking room on the second floor. The front desk clerk was very courteous upon our arrival and the price was 10 dollars cheaper than the lowest online. We opened the door to our room and we were absolutely astounded to be honest. I wasnt expecting much, but the remodeled room is HUGE, modern, immaculate, and smells good. We stopped by the front desk to grab extra towels for the pool and I was easy and quick. Pool was great for a non-resort hotel and goes both indoor and outdoor with plenty of seating. Also have to have your room card for access which made us feel safer. We finished at the pool and came back to a hot bubble bath for the kiddos before climbing into the big bed to watch some tv and fall asleep. We woke up late this morning so I asked for an extended check out and was granted it very nicely over the phone without hesitation. We didnt wake in time for the breakfast, but have plans for a late brunch anyway. I dont write a ton of reviews usually because by the time I get home it slips my mind, but I am writing this from my big king size comfy bed and cannot recommend this Super 8 enough. Thank you for making our little spontaneous mini vacation so pleasant and memorable!

After a terrible experience in Ringold GA I was ready to avoid all Super eights. The one we stayed at in Hermitage TN was very nice. Very friendly employees, large, clean room. However the pool and the room was very cold! Everything else was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised after a big disappointment in Georgia.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond for there customers. I wish i could give them 20 stars they deserve it. There the best hotel in hermitage. Thank u all for everything you do. Ive been here almost 2 weeks now and they have never been rude to me and always very helpful. Thank you hermitage super 8.

Bargain two-star motel outside the pricey Nashville circle. You'll have to drive or Über to downtown, but we preferred that to driving Nashville's mean downtown streets. Adequate and actually comfortable sleep lodging for the undemanding traveler. Cordial desk and room staff. Will return.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean. And it was reasonably priced.

The whole space is clean but looks trashed. The staff is not exactly helpful with anything but taking your money and kicking you out. Stay far away from this place
