I really love this Avis! They all should get up to date woth technology! No visit to the desk to retrieve keys is a time saver!

The rental agreement came straight to my email, and the return was just as convenient as the pickup!

Excellent service and great car selection. I love the AVIS app as it allows you to choose your own car. On this visit I had a technical issue with my credit card. The Avis staff was very helpful and patient with me. I ended up getting an almost new vehicle, which I got to select and enjoyed my business trip.

Highly recommend renting from Avis at the Nashville Airport. Our car was clean and ready upon our arrival. The process of returning the car was also just as easy as pick up. This Avis is extremely efficient, and we will only rent from here on future visits.

Very pleasant customer service. Great vehicle for the price. I was able to use my military discount, pay in advance, and pick between 3 different vehicles. We arrived 2 hours late due to flight delay, so I'm glad we were able to pay ahead of time. Very happy with our experience with the Toyota Rav 4.

I tried the al automated system. I've rented the car online in less than 5 min, whe. I got to the airport, no hustle at all. Just go to the parking space, drive up the gate show my ID out of there. At the return just as usual. Thank you for making our life's easier. I feel trusted and valuable.

I’ve used Avis now exclusively as I’ve had bad experiences with the others regarding marks on the car that I really didn’t cause etc

The Ram 1500 Pickup Truck that I rented was exactly what we needed for the job! Lots of room for our gear, plenty of power and the four door cab had plenty of room for four very tall persons. Also, the seven day rental price was an amazing deal! Thanks Avis for a stress free rental. And BTW, I love that the Nashville Avis is on the airport campus. Easy in and easy out!

Nice and quick customers service directly at the international airport in Nashville. All paperwork done quickly and electronically, no prints, no hard copies to be taken! Cars rental agreement with insurance package are at a reasonable price. Recommended. 🚘👍🏻

Picked up the Chevy Impala at Nashville International Airport on a Wednesday night.
This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. The car was ready and waiting, no delay. Impala was very comfortable and economical.
Drop-off was equally a no hassle, no-stress experience.
Staff was very courteous and friendly at both locations.

My Avis rental experience was great because of the positive and respectful customer service. I checked in prior and wait time was minimal and the vehicle was clean.

I arrived Tuesday around noon and while the counter was very busy with many people in line, they were well staffed and took care of everyone reasonably quickly. I had rented a mid size and ended up with a traverse. Staff were friendly and the car worked great. Returning it was so fast and easy. And I love that the rentals are walking distance from the terminal instead of having to ride a bus or train to get there…

Customer service was great! When I arrived in Nashville the staff member greeted me and confirmed all the details. When I dropped off the rental the staff member was quick, kind and made sure I had all my belongings before I left. Great experience.

This was my first time using Avis as my previous company was Hertz Gold. I was very satisfied with their procedure in checking out the car rental process it was easy less stressful and it kept me on the go without waiting in a line. One of the things I want to point out where Avis offers but I was not witness to this at Hertz where will you use the app you have the option of picking your car or changing it at your leisure and not having to walk around the whole lot looking for a better vehicle. I think that's a very unique app that is very helpful when you don't get the right vehicle. Oh yeah I did experience when I picked up the vehicle the car was less than a quarter tank of gas where they said it was full. I immediately told the attendant and she had to go into the system and change it so yes I would watch out for this miscommunication as I see it has happened to others before.

I was in a real bind and Jason helped me out. They were busy and they had other customers but he said he was clocking out in 10 minutes and going home and assured me he would not leave until my issue was resolved. Give this guy a raise or put him in charge of training other customer service reps. Outstanding service and experience! Thank you, Jason!

Avis, thank you for coming to our rescue with a reasonably priced one way rental from Nashville to Omaha after 4 flight cancellations on weekend of Aug. 6th. Great car (Nissan Altima SR) , good mileage (35 mpg) and easy pickup and drop off. You have earned my business! Even my wife thought the seats were comfortable on a 12 hour trip.

Every part of the process was simple and easy, from reserving, to walking straight to the car without stopping at a counter, to scanning a code for exit, to returning the car and walking away. Plus the Chevy Tahoe was reasonably priced, beautiful and fully equipped! I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Express checkout for Avis preferred members is a major highlight. Cars are in great condition. Especially One time I got brand new car “Mitishbhui Sedan”with just 100 miles for renting 3 days. Customer service is top notch.

Booked a Kia Soul (or similar). Was not available when we arrived. Was offered an economy car. Due to disabilities, neither my wife, nor myself can get into or out of small cars without difficulty. Sorry, but a Prius is NOT similar to a Kia Soul. On top of that, most all of the vehicles were electric. This was not disclosed anywhere on web site when booking. Our plans entailed long distance driving in out of the way locations making finding charging locations unpredictable. Because of these issues, we were left with no other viable options than spending an additional $326 on an original $805 booking. A 40% increase. Won't be recommending Avis/Budget to anyone and more than likely won't use again until things a more transparent. Not a pleasant way to start a vacation to be sure.

Update:
Avis reached out to me, reviewed my rental situation and offered a fair and reasonable resolution. I am impressed with their customer service response and do feel they desire the best for their customer's satisfaction. As such, I would recommend them and will use them again.
