Mini Mall Storage

Rented a unit for one month. We needed a unit that could hold an entire four bedroom house worth of furniture and stuff. Some of the units are a little hard to get to due to the fence, causing you to not have a lot of space to turn with a trailer. Or not even a driveway at all… Besides that they were decent units for what they are and the staff was very helpful. We forgot to give notice that we were done with our unit, which was entirely my fault for not reading the fine print… but they were super accommodating and understanding. I’d rent from them.

Chris is really easy to work with and extremely helpful. I have been using this storage for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. They have locks that you can use if you don't have one that makes it convenient and you are able to get in the gate with your gate code until 10pm. I have no complaints about this place at all.

Finally onsite manager. Nice man, goes out of his way to help. See lots of improvements over past few months... would recommend

Wonderful facilities across east texas. Easily accessible, gated properties, well maintained and CLEAN! The staff Issac, Chris, and Kathryne are so helpful and informative and make the whole process a breeze. 10 out of 10 would recommend !

This place has on site management, fenced and good concrete drives. Also had locks available for purchase at time of rental. Tried to reserve a large unit but they wouldn't hold one for me for even a day. By the time I drove up with the largest uhaul, it wasn't available. Secondly, light inside unit didn't work even after changing the bulb. As unloading went into dusk, we realized the security lights were not on either, which suggests the power to unit light was off as well. Very disappointed that they give you a false sense of security.
