I’m leaving a review because these helped me in choosing this location and my tax professional. Everyone was raving about Chrystal and she lived up to their praise. She was so patient & professional in walking me through everything - but beyond making filing exceptionally smooth ( & easy to understand ) she was so kind and personable. Walked out relieved to have another tax season behind me in addition to feeling like a made a new friend = ). H & R is lucky to have her.

Anna Smith is awesome! She’s so thorough and willing to take the time needed to maximize my refund and think of deductions I didn’t know I was eligible for! I always leave feeling that having her do my taxes for me is money well spent!

Crystal Cunningham is wonderful. She understood our situation and processed our return better than expected. The process was simple and painless. We are very pleased.

If you ever told me I’d enjoy a tax filing appointment, I’d never ever believe you. But Penny made that a reality today. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
