Dr. Jon Berbin has given me a quality of life that I haven't had most of my life. I have a very rare disease and he has taken upon himself to self educate about my condition. He is smart and very kind. I will always recommend him. He has very kind office staff as well.

Everyone was friendly. Cassie A is wonderful and easy to talk too. Was nervous about going, but she was awesome.

We are extremely disappointed in my husbands recent care. He had fallen off a ladder and in severe pain. They took an X-ray and saw nothing but they also sent it out to be read. By Wednesday we had not heard back so I called and the receptionist said she would contact the company with the X-ray and call me back. I explained his pain level. My husband also went back in person to ask for different pain meds. Through all phone calls to them, another appointment wasn’t scheduled until Thursday, four days after his initial visit. By Wednesday evening he couldn’t take the pain so we went to the ER where he had a cat scan and found 6 broken ribs. If he had been taken seriously the first visit he may not have had to go through so much and could have been treated faster. I am still so upset.

I called and told them that I needed to switch doctors because mine doesn't take Medicaid. I explained my condition I'm disabled. I have a lot of stuff wrong with me I shouldn't be able to walk. I have a neurosurgeon and orthopedic doctor so it's not I'm just a classic case that just wants medication. This is why I'm so messed up I avoided Doctors for the last 8 years just taking Ibuprofen and goodies everyday all day. But last September I could take it no more my ribs in my back popped out and hurt to breathe. I won't go in detail what's wrong with I don't have enough time. Anyway the told me after wasting a half of tank of gas the couldn't give me my meds. They said they could do it on the phone but when I got there different story. So I told them good bye since they couldn't help me. I just pay for my whole doctor visits the hell with them
