These people are awesome! Decent amount of room to back and an employee came out and gave me extra room to back which he didn't have to do... so that was awesome. The people inside are respectful and kind. Look forward to picking up here again!

Drop/hooks are a pain if you aren't bobtailing. My usual delivery process is as follows:

(1) check in at shipping/receiving (2) drop my loaded trl anywhere it fits (3) pull my empty trl from the door and drop it anywhere it fits (4) hook my loaded trl again, break seal, and open trailer doors (5) back loaded trl into the door making sure it is properly centered and completely flush against the dock - they were very specific about that (6) go get my signed bol (7) take my empty and leave

If it's busy, patience and extreme caution is required - pedestrians, cars, other trucks, and parked trailers will be in your way, u-turns are difficult (sometimes impossible), blind-side backing is often unavoidable, and the yard is poorly lit at night... but it's doable. I can get back on the road in less than an hour

Also, management is great: not sure of his name ‐ white guy, very friendly, funny, and professional... surprisingly, he spotted for me while I blindsided into a space. He really didn't have to do that, but he approached me and offered help when he saw me having a hard time.

This location is a cramped and busy pain in my behind, but I get treated with kindness and respect here. I always accept loads to/from this location.

Backing can be a little bit tricky, but if there’s no trucks staged next to the fence it’s kinda easy. Two pull-ups and you’re in.
All the guys working here are nice and polite, each one of them will greet you when they pass next to you and treat you with respect.
I’ve came 4 hours before my pickup appointment and they let me back in right after the first guy finished loading. They loaded full truck in about 2 hours. Make sure that you pre-cool your reefer at -10F

Memorial day holiday came for a pick up 30 minutes before my 2pm appointment and got a door right away. Door 8 has 2 huge potholes so try have them to give door 7 or a next available door.

Their 3 times a week and get along very well with everyone their .. employees are super nice and managers are very safety conscious with employees ..

Once I got the po#, loaded and gone in 25 minutes.

Straight in @ the stop sign. 2hrs early for my load I waited 5 min and got in and out quick.
It's a little tight backing in but doable. I had a great experience everyone was pleasant.

Good place. Show up for your appointment, you'll be out of there in 2 hrs or less. I had to precool to 10 below. They loaded me in 1 hr 45 min 4/8/19. You can get there from US 41 or US 41A. Google maps can give directions from either spot

My nephew worked there till the day he passed along with his sister. They were good to them always. When he passed they were kind to my niece. Helpful to my sister. They are good people!!

Had a great experience getting loaded. In and out under 40 min. Wish more places where like this.
