Do not rent from this facility, have been unable to access my property (boat) on several occasions and was even locked inside the property. Customer service line and management are both rude and a call to provide notice for a move out was processed in advance despite indicating I needed access to the facility and have paid through a further date. Access to the facility was removed without notice. Gate entry pad was installed at an angle that is not accessible from a vehicle with a trailer. Rent from one of the other surrounding facilities instead.

Campers beware I own a 30 foot camper and now I barley got it out. For some god awful reason they decided to put a second fence in. There’s campers stored in there now that won’t be able to get out. It took me an hour to get out and I had to back in between storage units.

We've had our RV stored at this facility for months. We recently bought a tow dolly and stored it underneath the RV when in storage. We were notified by email we were in violation and voiding our contract. Their rules read, "Only one recreational vehicle or trailer, unless Approved by Management or Landlord per spot. " The management would not approve it and wanted us to rent another spot for the dolly. They are totally unreasonable! They lied to us about having cameras in the trees(only camera is on the storage building) only lights by the storage building(none in the rv lot) The rear fence is a joke. We've actually seen the back gate wide open, unlocked!! Convenience is not everything. Better off to get a real secure storage facility and customer friendly people
