The Nash Guest House

This B&B was exceptional and made our stay in Nashville even better. The house is beautiful, big and very clean. The hosts were very nice people, always trying to help but also giving us intimacy. We really felt like at home, except for the fact that they cooked breakfast for us of course. The breakfasts were excellent, cooked in southern fashion. We could not have hoped for a better place. We will recommend it to anybody we know that goes to Nashville.

This is a well appointed guest house located in a safe, quiet neighborhood a short drive from downtown Nashville. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.The hosts made our stay exceptional. They are very friendly and accommodating and happy to offer suggestions on where to go in Nashville. Snacks and water are available in the common area and the breakfast..wow! It was a delicious home cooked buffet of southern cuisine. An added plus for us was that the hosts brought their dogs out onto the patio so we could spend time with them. Would recommend staying here.

Chris and Shy are great host ! They made our bachelor party experience in Nashville amazing! Breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was the best food we ate while visiting. Highly recommend staying here. Such a great time !

House was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood was really nice. Walking distance to some excellent bars and restaurants. Hosts were fantastic and breakfast was amazing! Definitely a very good value. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Nashville.

We stayed at the Nash guest house for 5 nights and it was wonderful! Chris, Shy and a Courtney are the best! They even let our little doggie out twice so that we could stay downtown longer and enjoy Nashville! The breakfasts were amazing and the hospitality unbeatable. We really felt at home! I would highly recommend this B and B to anyone. Can’t wait to go back again!! ❤

Stayed here for an extended weekend back in February and it will be the first place I check availability for all of our future trips to Nashville! The breakfast every morning was AMAZING and the staff was super friendly! We rented out the guest house portion of the b&b and it was very accommodating for our group! Highly recommend this place!

So glad we stayed here! The hosts are funny and inviting, the breakfast is filling and very Southern, and the rooms are homey, spacious and comfortable. The communal eating area has enough seating options that whether you're feeling super introverted or chatty and social, you'll be comfortable dining. The home is located in a gorgeous neighborhood a short Lyft ride away from everything. Would absolutely stay here again over a hotel. True Southern hospitality.

Said plainly, this light hotel is perfect. When visiting Nashville, The Nash Guest House should be the lodging you book. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood less than three miles from Broadway, you will feel at home on Beech Ave. I made a reservation for The Nash Guest House the same day as my stay and was amazed at the hotel's interior space. The staff is class, the free breakfast is remarkable, and their prices are unbeatable.

The Nash Guest House is amazing. This B&B is like being welcome into a southern relatives home. Chris and Shay are awesome people hosts and Courtney is amazing and so much fun. They refered us to places to visit and enjoy and that we did. The Nash House is located perfectly and 10 minutes from the excitement of Downtown. Lyft was the best way to get around. The breakfasts we enjoyed were better than upscale restaurant quality.
This is definitely the place to stay.

The place was beautiful! Very clean and tidy. I stayed in the shared mixed room with 5 other people. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Nashville. The breakfast was also yummy. Will definitely be recommending and staying again if I’m ever in town!

My group of 7 just finished a 3 night stay at the Nash Guest House, and all I can say is WOW!! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and taken care of far beyond our expectations. We stayed in the Superior loft house which was a separate entity from the main building. Everything about it was cozy, clean and modern. Last and certainly not least was the incredible breakfast spread that was served every morning. This is not your eggs and bagels that you might normally get on a vacation accommodation, but a variety of southern delicacies (chicken & waffles were to die for) and comfort foods that really added to the whole experience. We will most certainly be back after such a great first visit.

The Nash Guest House is a gem, located just a few minutes from downtown Nashville. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. The house, better described as a sprawling compound, is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Set back from the road, the house features an eclectic mix of progressive modernism and old Southern charm. Artwork and decor will grab your attention and start conversation. Our two hosts could not have been more welcoming. They offered tips on a few hot spots and seemed genuinely invested in the community. We stayed in the Presidential Suite... a huge, private space with a full bath including shower and a kitchen with full - size refrigerator. Plenty of towels and amenities... spotless, clean and well - maintained. Two large screen tvs. It even had a private loft that was a fun, spacious gathering spot for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast included a spread of country favorites... don't miss the bacon-fried rice, chicken & waffles with real maple syrup and fresh whipped cream, and hot biscuits... all prepared in abundance and with the quality of a high-end restaurant. Indulge!!! Really cannot say enough nice things... they made our trip to see our son even more memorable. Can't wait to go back.

What a lucky find! We stayed two nights (May 7&8). Booking was easy. Chris and Shy welcomed us in gracious and warming way. Breakfast was amazing and their recommendations for activities were perfect. Great hosts, a fabulous complement with a great city. Really, thank you guys.

Thank you for the service and experience at The Nash Guest House during our spring break get away! LOTS OF SPACE indoor/outdoor. We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The staff was accommodating and extremely kind. They were available to answer all of our questions and anticipate any needs we might have had. The house is conveniently located. We will be back!
