Extra Space Storage

Great prices and nice facility! The rental process was super easy and Eric W was great! Eric W was so friendly and welcoming when he called to do my rental over the phone. He was a pleasure to talk to and very good at his job. He explained everything and walked me through renting and signing the lease. If you're looking for a storage unit give extra space and Eric W a call you won't find a better place to store your things.

Very nice storage facility. All my belongings were safe and nothing got ruined. I had 3 storage lockers. One was temperature controlled and 2 were not temperature controlled. The office was closed when we moved the remainder of our belongings from our last unit. The next morning I received a text saying “did you move out? If you didn’t please call us directly” I was impressed that they really checked every unit first thing in the morning. The price was reasonable and the staff was always friendly. A shout out the Brittany Moore for running a great facility. I would definitely use this facility again.

Both took extra time to make sure all of my questions were answered, and made sure I felt comfortable with all the terms before moving forward with our rental. Very thankful for those that care about caring for their customers!

Lea was GREAT!!!

She went above and beyond and helped me find another unit like I needed!!! She was very patient and courteous throughout the whole process! Definitely need more folks like her working for you!!! I will definitely recommend folks just because of the way that she treated me with everything!!!!

Sales agent on phone was excellent and informative. At the site, Brittany came by, introduced herself and made sure all questions were answered. Unit was clean, secure and easily accessible. Very satisfied.

Set up online quick and easy. Was great price did have some extra fees for lock account setup but all in all very happy.

Great place and awesome staff. Kind and understanding as well as professional. If cooperate hadn't double my rent I would have stayed but, otherwise, spot on!

Suggestion for consideration
Allow outdoor cameras to be monitored via WiFi. Provide PW to open air space renters to monitor. There are some very expensive vehicles and boats that are subject to theft and tampering. Just different than enclosed spaces. Little cost and not a privacy issue that I can see.

Darin was wonderful! We had so many questions and he answered all of them. He also took us around to show us different size units we were interested in. We had planned to go to several different places to compare prices, but we ended up renting a unit here. Highly recommend if you love great customer service!

Darin was great. Explained things in detail. Helped us decide that we could get our moving truck in and Out with ease. Appreciate his desire to help us get a space rented for our impending move. Would recommend this location.

Outstanding customer service by Brittany. Very clean, quick and cost efficient.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a 5x5 and with a 8 foot ceiling. It’s clean and feels safe. The only problem I had was there’s a monthly charge for insurance. I’m glad for the insurance, but I don’t think the charge is obvious initially.

Never had any problems getting in or out our unit. Staff was always very polite and respectful. We will definitely us them again. Brittany got us in and out fast and was very helpful.
