I stopped in right at their closing time and the ladies at the counter were so gracious! Our post office was shut down so I have to go to the next town north or south of us. Either way, I've only had positive experiences at both!

Carolyn and Joe were immensely helpful today AND made me laugh. They do their jobs with efficiency and grace. It is a pleasure to do business with them at the Springfield post office!

I find the service at this Post Office to be efficient, helpful, and friendly, particularly in recent times. Never too long a line, except when to be expected, and it moves quickly. Home mail delivery out of this office is great and reliable. Drop boxes could be larger for packages. Note: This office closes promptly at 4p during the week.
