I didn’t even get the chance to get my hair done by her. Her work looks pretty good, but seems very unprofessional. She scheduled an appointment for me for a certain time and I drove an HOUR from Clarksville to check her out. I texted her several hours before the appointment to see if we were still good for the scheduled time and I got no response. Once I get there, she asked me to wait an hour despite me having an appointment. I am so disappointed with the time management and professionalism. I wish she texted me and let me know before I drove an hour to go see her. I understand being busy during the holidays but the lack of communication was unprofessional.
